Prince Andrew Is Hiding Out At Royal Lodge To Avoid Getting Served With Virginia Giuffre’s Rape Lawsuit

It’s been three weeks since Virginia Giuffre slapped Prince Andrew with a lawsuit for sexually abusing her in 2001 when she was 17 years old. But The Sun says that Virginia’s lawsuit has yet to touch Prince Andrew’s slimy paws since he’s been playing a shady game of dodgeball with the process servers and has been winning so far. Andrew is holed up in Royal Lodge at Windsor and won’t even think of placing one toe outside of his mansion in fear that a process server will pop out of the bushes and serve him. If only Andrew was as good at avoiding sexually abusing underage girls as he is at avoiding lawsuits, he wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place.

Virginia Giuffre was a sex trafficking victim of dead pedo Jeffrey Epstein and Epstein’s right-hand ghoul, Ghislaine Maxwell, who *checks to see if Ghislaine Maxwell is still alive* is still alive and is sitting in jail, waiting for her sex trafficking trial to begin (it’s currently scheduled for November 29). Virginia’s lawsuit alleges that Andrew sexually abused her at Epstein’s private island and Manhattan townhouse, as well as Ghislaine’s house in London. Andrew has denied even meeting Virginia even though there’s photographic proof, which he claims was Photoshopped. But while Andrew was very chatty with the BBC over the Virginia Giuffre allegations, it looks like he’s not interested in opening up his shit-filled talking hole while defending himself in court. Because The Sun claims that security guards have repeatedly stopped process servers from serving Andrew at Royal Lodge in Windsor. If he continues to ignore the lawsuit, he’ll be hit with a default judgment.

If he refuses to accept the civil summons, issued by a New York court clerk three weeks ago, the Duke risks facing a “judgment by default” next month.

An insider said “more attempts will be made” to hand the papers to Andrew but a source said: “There’s no way he will risk poking his head outside right now. He will stay out of view.”

Legal experts tell The Daily Beast that if a default judgment is ruled against  Andrew, “any penalties would be very hard and likely impossible to enforce.” The Daily Beast adds that it’s not legally necessary to serve Andrew but that Virginia’s lawyer, David Boies, “is suspected to be keen to create a visual narrative of a besieged Andrew.

Process servers aren’t the only ones who want some time with Andrew. So do the feds, STILL. The FBI has been trying to interview Andrew as part of their investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking ring. Andrew has refused to cooperate, and so The Sun claims that the FBI is putting some pressure on British officials to hand him over.

Following enquiries about the Duke, a US government official said: “The US and the UK have a close, productive and resilient law enforcement and mutual legal assistance relationship.

“We remain in close contact on many active cases on a daily basis and will continue to seek assistance in criminal matters as we provide similar assistance in return.”

Andrew, 61, has resisted approaches to cooperate with a criminal investigation into dead billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged co-conspirators.

It’s hard out there for one of the most popular (alleged) predators in the world. But there’s an easy way for the process servers to get to Andrew. They just have to pull some To Catch A Predator shit and send in a decoy pretending to be an underage girl. Andrew will gleefully skip out to greet her. Although, one of Andrew’s biggest defenders, THE QUEEN, might sniff out the scent of legal papers and tackle and hit the server with her pocketbook in the name of defending her favorite.
