Carrie Underwood Got Dragged After Liking An Anti-Mask Tweet

Much like when Carrie Underwood hit that sheet of thin black ice on her way to Cincinnati on a snow-white Christmas Eve, it seems that Carrie’s solution to Coronavirus is shouting “Jesus take the wheel!” and letting life take its course. Preferably without a mask on. Carrie has been getting heat online after she liked an anti-mask message from a conservative commentator. And now she’s made sure to drive all her cars into her garage so that nobody takes a Louisville slugger to both headlights or carves “CORONA!” into her leather seats.

Carrie liked a tweet from political commentator, Matt Walsh whose bio on the Young America’s Foundation website includes these topics that are near and dear to his heart:

“Modern Feminism’s Assault On Womanhood… It’s Your Fault If You’re Offended… Why You Don’t Deserve A 15 Dollar Minimum Wage.. Why White Privilege Is A Ridiculous Myth… Why Transgenderism Is A Ridiculous Myth.”

And at a Nashville School Board meeting, Matt gave his best Parks & Recreation impression and cosplayed as a dirt-stupid citizen saying that COVID-19 posed “almost no threat to our kids at all,” (the Delta variant has reportedly been infecting tons of children) and called forcing children to wear masks “child abuse.” Carrie Underwood heard all that and thought “fuck yeah!” and liked his post. And many noticed Carrie’s like:

When the backlash came for Carrie, Matt perked up from all the attention he’s getting and mocked those dragging her. People also chimed in to let the world know that Carrie being anti-mask is one thing, but being a Matt Walsh supporter is another:

What’s extra funny is that Matt Walsh homeschools his children so he just went to the school meeting to be an asshole and stir shit up:

You would think that Carrie would be pro-mask and protecting yourself and face after she messed her mug up during a mysterious fall involving her dogs a few years ago. And her dogs are probably looking at her today like, “Don’t blame this latest mess on us!”
