Virginia Giuffre Has Filed A Federal Civil Lawsuit Against Prince Andrew For Sexual Assault

Well, this is most inconvenient! Looks like Prince Andrew might have to travel to New York again and this time he won’t be able to stay at his friend Jeffrey Epstein’s because, well, because Epstein is dead. According to CNN, Virginia Giuffre (nee Roberts) has filed a civil lawsuit in US federal court against Prince Andrew accusing him of “sexual assault and battery” against her while she was a minor, and that he did so at the invitation of Andrew’s dead friend Jeff and the currently incarcerated Ghislaine Maxwell. That’s a scary predicament for Andrew to be in but don’t fret. He’s not sweating it. He can’t. And he’s definitely not pissing himself right now either. An evil witch cursed his bladder!

Also, don’t forget how well THE QUEEN‘s son acquitted himself in that BBC News Night interview. There’s no reason to believe he won’t give an equally flawless accounting of his activities under oath. I mean, unless he was making it all up and is just deeply, deeply stupid and tragically arrogant. Virginia’s never wavered in her accounting of events. So the same allegations Andrew addressed in that interview, he’ll now have to address in a court of law. Quick, is there a diet you can do so you gain weight in just your fingers? Asking for a prince. CNN reports:

Virginia Roberts Giuffre has filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew for alleged sexual abuse, according to federal court documents filed Monday.

In a November 2019 BBC interview, Prince Andrew said he had never met Giuffre and suggested that a photo of the two of them may have been doctored.

In her lawsuit, Giuffre alleges that Prince Andrew sexually abused her at both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s invitation when she was a minor and that instances of alleged sexual abuse occurred at Maxwell’s home in London and at Epstein’s home in Manhattan and on Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands.

“Prince Andrew committed sexual assault and battery upon Plaintiff when she was 17 years old. As such, Prince Andrew is responsible for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress pursuant to New York common law. The damage to Plaintiff has been severe and lasting,” the lawsuit states.

Sigrid McCawley, an attorney for Giuffre, told CNN in a statement that “the filing of this complaint proves that irrespective of power, privilege or even being a prince, no one is above the law in the United States and all perpetrators of abuse should be held accountable.”

We know Andrew can’t sweat but can he gulp? He’s probably shaking so badly right now the Atlantic Ocean is quivering like a glass of water in a Jurassic Park Jeep. CNN adds that Andrew has thus far eluded being questioned about his involvement with Epstein in any legal capacity.

Former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman said in January 2020 that Prince Andrew had not cooperated with attempts to interview him about Epstein.

“To date Prince Andrew has provided zero cooperation,” Berman said at the time.

Federal prosecutors requested an interview in June 2020 with Prince Andrew as part of its investigation into the alleged sex trafficking ring once operated by Epstein, a source told CNN at the time.

Not only has this got to be wildly inconvenient from a golfing holiday or convenient NYC accommodations perspective, but the timing also could not be worse for Andrew’s ex-wife Original Fergie who has put in so much work into promoting her family’s values these past few weeks. Plus she’s got that whole fairytale historical romance novel coming out. Maybe it’s not too late for her to swap out the dashing prince character for a nebbish American billionaire. Oh wait, never mind.
