Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn!

Since 1984, Cinnamon Toast Crunch has been adding a diabetes-filled jolt of sugary energy into people at breakfast time. And well, I guess they’ve decided to add a diabetes-filled jolt of sugary energy into people at snack times too. Because General Mills has made Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn. Teeth everywhere are screaming in fear, because not only do they have to worry about getting attacked with a cavity from their owner eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but now they have to worry about bits of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn getting stuck between them.

People says that Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn is available at Sam’s Club for $5.98 a bag and is expected to go away in October. And People says that Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn is meant to be eaten from the bag, which is a revolutionary thing because I don’t think you can eat any brand of popcorn straight from the bag (you can eat every brand of popcorn straight from the bag):

The 20 oz. bag of popcorn is perfectly seasoned with Cinnadust, which is inspired by the taste of the beloved breakfast cereal. The seasoning, which hit shelves at Sam’s Club last summer, features a tasty blend of cinnamon and sugar with notes of vanilla and graham. And unlike the cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn is designed to be enjoyed straight from the bag (not that it’s ever stopped anyone from devouring a dry handful of the flagship product).

The snack begins hitting shelves this week, and it will be available in all Sam’s Club locations by the end of the month, retailing for $5.98. It’s exclusively available at Sam’s Club through September, and they will carry the product until the end of October.

You know, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Popcorn kind of looks like mollusks. So the shrimp tails that Topanga’s husband will slip into a bag of one to get more attention should feel right at home!
