Adam Driver Sings During A Coochie-Eating Scene In His And Marion Cotillard’s New Movie “Annette”
It seems that Adam Driver has discovered a new skill. Or maybe he knew about it before, but we sure didn’t. This year’s Cannes Film Festival opened with a screening of Annette, a rock opera starring Adam and Marion Cotillard. And Marion revealed that in the film, Adam makes a historic first as he sings while simulating cunnilingus. So in other words, Annette is a horror movie in the eyes (and mouth) of DJ Khaled.
The Independent says that Annette is about an opera singer, played by Marion, who has a child with a stand-up comedian, played by Adam, and their “lives are completely changed.” The movie, by French director Leos Carax, opened the film festival and during the press interviews, Marion expressed how difficult it was to shoot because Leos wanted them all to sing live:
“On most classic musicals, you record your songs in advance and then you do playback on the set. But there, Leos wanted everything to be completely live. It added to the complexity of the set: we found ourselves singing in very complicated positions, doing back-crawling or mimicking cunnilingus; acrobatic positions that technically modify your song [the way you sing]… But that was the effect Leos was looking for: he wanted the voices are modified, thwarted, by the real [situation].”
She just casually dropped that line about the box-munching. Apparently, Adam goes down on her, and when he comes back up to take a breath, he sings. Ladies, if your partner doesn’t yodel into your clit during a cunnilingus intermission, it’s not real love! But this movie goes even further. I’m talking about “sexual tickling.” Marion explained that the movie has a lot of acts not typical to a musical:
“We strangely never see people fucking or doing trivial things in musical comedies.”
And since it’s Cannes, Annette got a five-minute standing ovation:

Adam must have been so turned on by watching himself serenade Marion’s cooze that he needed a cigarette afterward. But it looks like we’ve got a frontrunner for Best Original Song at next year’s Oscars. Hopefully, Adam and Marion perform it live onstage. Onstage poon-munching would be a nice change for the Oscars because usually, they give us nothing but ass-kissing.
