Elizabeth Hurley’s Son, Damian Hurley, Was Cut Out Of His Father’s $330 Million Fortune By His Grandfather

Elizabeth Hurley is “devastated” about what’s happened to her son. He’s not hurt or sick or anything, but poor 19-year-old Damian Hurley has been cut out of his father’s will. Elizabeth and movie producer, Steve Bing, were together from 2001 to 2002, and during that time, they made Damian Hurley. While for years Steve denied fathering Damian, on Damian’s 18th birthday in April 2020, Elizabeth said that Steve reached out to build a relationship with his son. Sadly, Steve died by suicide that June, and their relationship never really came to be. Steve’s father, Dr. Peter Bing, has decided to keep Damian and Damian’s half-sister from getting a piece of Steve’s $330 million estate. I know, Is this a real story or a plotline from Elizabeth’s tragically-canceled television masterpiece, The Royals?

Steve had two children: Damian with Elizabeth Hurley, and a daughter, Kira Kerkorian with former tennis player, Lisa Bonder. Kira is 23 years old now. Damian and his father didn’t really have a relationship but sort of started to reconcile before Steve’s suicide. Last month, on the one-year anniversary of his father’s death, Damian wrote about the hard year he’s had:

Both Kira and Damian have now been shafted thanks to their paternal grandfather who decided they were “illegitimate” children and don’t deserve fuck all.

The Bing family’s fortune comes from Steve Bing’s grandfather, Leo Bing, who was a real estate mogul. And 9Honey says that Dr. Bing appealed to the courts the decision to include Damian and Kira in Steve’s will because they were both born out of wedlock. And it worked. Now the money will go to the two children of Steve Bing’s sister: 19-year-old Anton Ellis, and 21-year-old Lucy Ellis.

Elizabeth provided a statement to The Daily Mail where she tore into Dr. Steve Bing’s cold-hearted decision to financially screw over her son:

“When Stephen took his own life, he died thinking his children were going to be taken care of. What Stephen wanted has now been callously reversed. I know Stephen would have been devastated… Stephen fought very hard in his last year to have his children recognized and repeatedly told me how incredibly important this was to him… He was happy beyond belief that the trial verdict ruled that Damian was to be treated like his sister’s children as far as the trust was concerned… I am just relieved that Stephen will never know that Damian’s relatives — Stephen’s father and the family of his sister Mary — were ultimately successful in their appeal against the original trial verdict.”

Lisa Bonder also called out Dr. Steve Bing:

“As a mum, I wonder why on earth this had to happen. Why make two innocent kids into victims?”

Hmm, can they appeal the appeal? Unclear if there’s any legal recourse for Damian but at the very least he should write a strongly worded letter to a judge saying: “Please don’t force me to be a poor.” But I guess Elizabeth Hurley will just have to make a deal with the devil if she wants to get Damian his inheritance back. Luckily she is the Devil himself, so she won’t have to go very far.
