Kristen Stewart Says She’s Having A Hard Time Letting Go Of Princess Diana
Kristen Stewart’s transformation from sullen, scowling fang-banger to sullen, scowling Oscar contender is almost complete. In a new interview, Kristen let us know that she’s a serious ACTOR now because she’s having trouble exercising the Ghost of Diana Spencer from her soul. Kristen, who famously disappears into, OK under the bangs of, every role she takes, says that she can’t stop thinking about Princess Diana who she plays in the upcoming biopic Spencer, even though production wrapped in April. Did you hear that Academy, we’ve got ourselves a regular Daniel Day-Lewis over here! Kristen probably wakes up nights in a cold sweat, arm cramped from princess waving to the shadows.
Vogue reports that Spencer takes place “over a single Christmas holiday at Sandringham,” “around 1992” when Diana decided to end her marriage to Prince Charles, who is played by Jack Farthing (Poldark) and will also focus on “Diana’s bond” with Princes William and Harry. She means a lot to me – but it’s all relatively new because I’m from LA and I didn’t grow up in England. Before this, she was not something that was at the forefront of my mind, because I lived so far away from it all. Now, I can’t stop thinking about her. I often wonder what she’d think about what’s going on in the world right now. To be honest, I’ve now consumed pretty much all there is to consume in terms of videos and interviews. I’ve watched everything that you could hear or see. I even go to sleep with it on.
Seems like an easy solution would be for her to stop doing that. Switch to a white noise app or something. I’d hate to see her so consumed that she reflexively punches every horse she sees because they all remind her of Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles.
