Chris Brown Has Been Accused Of Assaulting A Woman

Today must be Groundhog Day. First, we heard something that we’ve heard a million times before (read: Tristan Thompson cheating). And now here’s this. Chris Brown has once again been accused of attacking a woman, which has probably given everyone a serious case of the SHOCKS since we all know Chris Brown to be a gentle and calm dewdrop. Now, all we need is a story about how Meghan McCain induced eye-rolls from her co-hosts, and the Groundhog Day trifecta will be complete.

TMZ reports cops showed up at Chris’ place in the San Fernando Valley this weekend for the second time in two months. The last time the LAPD paid a visit to Chris’ house, they were there to break up a huge 400-500 people birthday bash. But this time it was to look into a woman who’d called them saying she’d just been slapped by Chris hard across the face and the attack caused part of her weave to come out. via TMZ:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … police responded to the singer’s San Fernando Valley home over the weekend, where a woman claimed Breezy slapped her.

We’re told the woman claimed the slap made part of her weave come out … and police took a battery report and named Chris as the suspect.

Our sources say the alleged victim had no injuries, aside from the allegedly dislodged weave, and no arrests have been made.

But don’t think that this will go anywhere or stop Chris’ bad behavior. TMZ heard that if anything even comes of this it would be a misdemeanor:

Our sources say the battery case will most likely be kicked to the City Attorney, as it would be a misdemeanor charge … if anything at all.

Chris also seemed to respond to this latest accusation on his Instagram Stories by telling everyone that they’re so damn “cap,” meaning people are spreading lies:

So there you have it, known abuser Chris Brown has denied abusing another woman and brought the blue cap emoji into it. I am waiting for that blue cap emoji to release its own statement saying that it wishes to be excluded from this narrative.
