Not So Fast: Angelina Jolie’s Son Pax Was Reportedly At Jonny Lee Miller’s House The Night Of Her Visit
I’m sure Angelina Jolie had no idea that creeping in and out of ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller’s apartment wearing a trench coat would cause such a stir in this our summer of Bennifer Redux. It must have been a real shock for her to be awoken to the news that a stir had been caused. This is precisely why, even when on vacation, Angelina retires to her fainting couch each morning following her ablutions, to await being handed a silver receiving tray holding one small tumbler of filtered tap water brought to exactly 68°F, her morning tabloids and two small ampules of smelling salts in case the news is shocking.
After recovering from the shock at having inadvertently caused a stir with her visit, it looks like Angie has made an attempt to set the record straight. According to People, Angelina wasn’t the only guest at JLM’s place last Friday. A source says that her 12-year-old son Knox was also there, as well as JLM’s son Buster, also 12, and the kids are good friends. People has a rundown of Angelina and the child army’s trip to New York which followed the news that Brad Pitt had been awarded temporary joint custody of the kids over Angelina’s objections.
Earlier this week, the 46-year-old actress took part in a trip to the Big Apple with her six children – Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and 12-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox – whom she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
“The kids are growing up and are so close,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They were out to museums and dinner with each other through the trip and had a nice time.”
During the getaway, Jolie was also spotted visiting the apartment building of her ex-husband, Jonny Lee Miller. The exes have remained good friends over the years.
The source adds that Miller’s son and Knox are friends and that they were also there the night Jolie was spotted leaving Miller’s place.
JLM’s apartment must have such a narrow stairwell that not even Angie can manage to squeeze by with Knox in tow. That must be why they had to enter and exit separately. Makes sense, she probably didn’t want Knox assailed by the paparazzi, so she sacrificed herself. But those wily photogs did manage to get a shot of Knox and big brother Pax when Angie took them to get hotdogs earlier in the week.

I’m so impressed with Angelina’s growth throughout her divorce proceedings. Why just 4 years ago, she was in such a dark place she was unable to provide delicious tube meats to her family. And look at her now! Buying hot dogs with ease like a true New Yorker! Watch out world, Angelina’s got her mojo back!
