Elizabeth Olsen Might Have Gotten Married To Robbie Arnett

lf you’re not familiar with Elizabeth Olsen’s character Scarlet Witch from WandaVision (I get it, Agatha’s theme song is too distracting to learn anything else), one of her powers is telekinesis. And right now, the ability to read minds is our best bet to find out if the taller Olsen sister really got married to her fiancĂ© of two years, indie musician Robbie Arnett. The only substantial clue about their legal marital status has been a brief, sneaky hint dropped during a recent interview Elizabeth did for Variety’s Actors on Actors series.

Normally Variety’s Actors on Actors series takes place between two notable actors sitting in a little fake living room that looks like the only location they could secure was a local West Elm store. But because of the pandemic, the Actors on Actors interviews are happening at home, via Zoom. Because of this, sometimes you have to make do with what you’ve got, which is why Kaley Cuoco was seen bantering back and forth with Elizabeth Olsen from her bathroom. Kaley opened the interview by noting that Elizabeth was toilet-adjacent, to which Elizabeth explained that she had recently returned from the UK after seven months away, and what she came back to was a neighbor in the middle of a ton of construction. So, she hid in the quietest room of her house, the bathroom. She had it decorated with some flowers, and tucked behind those flowers was a copy of the children’s book Little Miss Magic. Elizabeth explains who put it there, and please pay attention to the very specific word she chose. via People magazine:

“I also just noticed that my husband put Little Miss Magic,” Olsen said, calling out the character made famous by English author Roger Hargreaves’s Little Miss book series.

Turning around to show Cuoco a children’s book propped up on the bathroom counter, Olsen explained, “It’s Little Miss Magic. They’re these classic books but ‘magic’ because of WandaVision because he’s such a fucking cutie.”

This is also the same strategy Emma Stone used when she casually let it slip during an at-home Zoom interview that she has a husband. There also wasn’t much more evidence hidden in that interview, as you can see from the clip above. Elizabeth also had a giant ring on her left-hand ring finger, but that’s just her engagement ring.

People magazine reached out to Elizabeth’s publicist to get an answer as to whether she is married, or if she was just being cute by calling Robbie her husband, but they didn’t get back to them. And neither 32-year-old Elizabeth nor 29-year-old Robbie has had anything to officially say, due to Robbie barely using social media, and Elizabeth not having an Instagram account nor a Twitter account. If I had to put money on it, I would say that Elizabeth Olsen probably had a secret wedding that nobody knew about, and she’s married now. But I won’t believe it until I read a story about how Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen went through three lighters at Elizabeth’s wedding because they were crying so much happiness for their little sister, that their tears repeatedly kept extinguishing their lit cigarettes.
