Joe Francis Was Arrested And Charged For Domestic Violence Last Year

June 7, 2021 / Posted by:

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis, reportedly spent part of 2020 in handcuffs for getting violent and abusive with a woman. Oh wow, whoever could have guessed that a piece of crap would continue to be a total piece of crap? I’m so shocked, I’ll need at least an hour before I even begin to attempt to collect my jaw from the floor.

A quick peek at Joe’s Instagram page will show you that he really embraced that Covidiot lifestyle during the pandemic, like posting memes about bats, China, and how things need to go back to “normal.” But according to documents obtained by The Sun, he also had time for domestic violence. In August of last year, Joe was arrested at his home in Punta Mita, Mexico on August 13th after a violent, awful, nightmare of a domestic violence incident on August 1st. It’s the kind of situation that would make you hope Joe’s famous best friends Mario Lopez, Lance Bass, and all the Kardashians, might finally wake up and lose his number for good.

The court papers stated Joe’s victim – whom The Sun has decided not to identify – claimed he tested positive for Covid the day before the altercation. On August 1, he allegedly asked her to inject him with vitamins. When she refused to get too close to him, the situation apparently escalated.

The Mexican documents, translated to English, stated: “He began to scream at her that she was an ‘evil bitch’ and he hopes she rots, and called her a ‘whore.’ She hid in the closet and, closed the door. He began to shake the door. She opened it and ran into another bedroom in fear. He told her he was kicking her out. He grabbed her right arm, turned her toward him, grabbed her by the neck, and then spit in her face. He said she doesn’t care about him, and now she’ll care because she’s infected [with Covid] as well.”

The woman then attempted to call the security team for the home when Joe allegedly intercepted. She claimed Joe ran to her, grabbed her by the hair and pushed her to the floor.

He then allegedly stepped on her head, and put all of his weight on her body. The documents continued: “He then put his hands around her neck and spit on her face again, and then told her to leave the house. They both got up, and he grabbed her by the hair again. He threw her on the floor and dragged her down the hallway. While he was pulling her, he was shaking her hair and making her head hit the floor.”

According to the documents, the victim sustained injuries that required medical attention, and their injuries took two weeks to heal. The New York Post adds that Joe was arrested and charged with domestic violence, he was eventually released on September 8th, after the charges were dropped when the victim “issued her forgiveness.” However, the charges were only dropped on the condition that Joe attends six months of therapy, which he has allegedly completed. Oh yeah, that will definitely stick, said everyone who remembered that Joe went to jail in 2013 for beating and choking out a woman at his house and that he was charged with battery on a Girls Gone Wild office employee in 2014. That’s just his violent past. He’s also been accused of filming minors, child abuse, false imprisonment, tax evasion, bribery, and being a (Tony Soprano voice) degenerate fuckin’ gambler.

Joe’s alleged victim hasn’t been publicly named. But, 48-year-old Joe and the 33-year-old mother of his six-year-old twin girls, Abbey Wilson, have flooded social media with drama, so you can come to your own conclusions on the Who’s of this story. Last month, Abbey claimed on Instagram that her children were taken away from her by the person “who nearly killed” her.

Joe, meanwhile, has posted a picture of one of his daughters with the caption: “I’M FREE NOW! I have been rescued from my captor.” He followed that up with a gross shirtless picture where he accused an unnamed “pissed off ex-girlfriend“of selling lies to the press. He also claims he never had COVID and brags that he will be suing anyone who claims he did have COVID.

And in the saddest attempt at trying to spin a story, Joe posted this picture of his girls yesterday, with a caption about how much his girls love their daddy. Rotten Easter Egg to watch out for: Mario Lopez in the comments showing his support to his very good buddy Joe.

This Instagram post actually doubles as a brain teaser. Quick, Joe, name literally anyone else who loves you. And you can’t cheat and say “criminal defense lawyers” – I don’t want to make the game too easy for you!
