Macy’s And Target Drop Chrissy Teigen’s Cookware Line And Courtney Stodden Says They Still Haven’t Received A Personal Apology

Last week Courtney Stodden called out Chrissy Teigen for bullying them on Twitter when they were just 16 years old. Courtney says Chrissy (then in her mid-twenties) would DM them fucked up stuff like, “I can’t wait for you to die” and encourage them to kill themselves. Chrissy responded to the allegations on Twitter (returning to the scene of the crime!), publicly apologized to Courtney, and admitted she used to be an “insecure, attention-seeking troll.” Chrissy claimed she tried to connect with Courtney privately, but Courtney Instagrammed that they were still blocked by Chrissy on Twitter, and hadn’t received any kind of private apology. In an on-the-street video filmed Friday, Courtney claimed Chrissy still hasn’t reached out, and that shows her apology wasn’t sincere.

The video was acquired by The Daily Mail and shows a rogue interviewer approaching Courtney in Palm Springs, CA and randomly scooping an excluuusive interview:

‘She apologized on Twitter but I was blocked from the apology so couldn’t really see it but a few people sent it to me,’ they said.

‘I feel if she was sincerely sorry she would have at least got in touch with me privately. She said she did but she didn’t.’

Courtney said that brands that work with Chrissy should “rethink” their association with her, and called for a boycott of the brands that stick with her:

‘Vrbo, Target, Paypal… I think should really reconsider aligning with someone who promotes violence and encourages a minor to commit suicide,’ said Stodden.

‘That is disgusting and it’s not a good look. Luckily we have a choice where we spend our money.’

Courtney says that they are “living proof” that anyone can survive harassment and bullying, no matter how powerful the bully is. They joked that Chrissy has “kind of made her career out of apologizing” and admitted the last week has been a rough one.

Target was the first brand to dump Chrissy, and yesterday Macy’s took her cookware line, Cravings, off their website. But according to TMZ, sources “connected to Chrissy” say the Target break-up decision was made way back in December, and the cookware line was deleted off their website last month. They claim that people noticing the same week as the Courtney scandal was pure coincidence.

Courtney wasn’t the only one to out Chrissy as a bully last week. An old troll tweet of Chrissy’s surfaced that read, Lindsay [Lohan] adds a few more slits to her wrists when she sees Emma Stone,” and White Oprah herself, Dina Lohan, responded that she hopes Chrissy will “learn and grow.” Farrah Abraham went to Fox News (ha!) to give her statement regarding old Chrissy tweets that called her a whore (via the Hollywood Gossip):

“When I initially saw Chrissy Teigen make these comments I could tell she was a desperate music video groupie and model.

“[At the time] I just thought it was only with me and I ignored her because I don’t behave like that. ‘Now I see it’s tons and tons of people. It really bothers me right now.”

Farrah added that Chrissy needs mental help and therapy, adding, “I would definitely take out the alcohol.” Wait, take the alcohol out of the cupboard to self-medicate, or take it out of the regular rotation? Is Chrissy still sober?

Forget Harley Quinn and that shark-head guy: Courtney, Dina, and Farrah are the reeeal Suicide Squad. Chrissy Teigen, run for ya liiife!
