Porsha Williams Of “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” Is Engaged To Her Co-Star’s Ex-Husband After Only A Month Of Dating
People says that there’s a new engagement in the Bravo universe! Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s 39-year-old Porsha Williams is engaged again. Two years ago, Porsha got engaged to 44-year-old Denis McKinley, but they broke up eight months later. Three months after their split, Porsha gave birth to their daughter, Pilar Jhena.
And Porsha’s been with her new fiancé, 56-year-old Simon Guobadia, for only a month so that isn’t a bad sign. Do you know what also isn’t a bad sign? Simon was married to Porsha’s 31-year-old RHOA co-star, Falynn Guobadia, for two years and they barely announced their split last month. Sounds like a recipe for attention success to me!
On Mother’s Day, Porsha posted a picture with Simon and her ex, Denis:
And yesterday, Porsha announced that she and Simon are engaged. Porsha explained the timeline of their short union, saying that they only got together last month and that Simon and Falynn have been over for months. According to Porsha, Simon filed for divorce from Falynn in January and their marriage is already legally done. Porsha denies home-wrecking their not-so-happy home and also let it be known that she and Falynn are not friends:
This is a bit comedic because Falynn only posted about the breakup last month, sharing an Instagram story on April 22 saying the “mutual decision was not made lightly” and that she and Simon “are deeply thankful for the impact we have made in each other’s lives, as well as the bonds formed with each other’s children.”
Simon’s post explained that he asked Porsha to marry him “because we checked ALL of each other’s boxes, and then some.” And he included a picture of the big-ass $1 million diamond ring he bought her:
Andy Cohen congratulated Porsha on already having a narrative for next season the engagement, writing: “MAZEL!” And NeNe Leakes wrote: “Congrats P! Always choose happiness first #LoveWins.”
Co-star Kenya Moore who has been up Porsha’s ass all season about her threesome with a stripper at Cynthia Bailey‘s bachelorette party seems to be taking a victory lap on social media by posting this:
