Here’s A Promo Video For Elon Musk’s “Saturday Night Live” Episode
The only thing worse than a billionaire is a thirsty billionaire, and Elon Musk is the richest, thirstiest one the world has ever known. And you can’t tell him nothing! Least of all “no.” And so, as we know, he’ll be hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend. As such, SNL has released a promo clip for the show which features musical guest Miley Cyrus, who similarly can’t be told nothing. Only thing is, Miley can pull it off. Elon, well Elon is so stiff, his fresh-out-the-box leather jacket still has creases in it.
As you can imagine, neither cast members Aidy Bryant or Bowen Yang, both of whom kinda sorta made a face at the news on social media before deleting their posts, are featured in the promo. But cast member Cecily Strong was there taking on the role of Straight Man/Only Adult in the Room. Here’s the clip.
So funny, so natural, so effortlessly cool. This is a man who simply will not, nay cannot, follow the rules! Unless he has to. Then he will find a way to make following the rules 1000 times more gooberish by wearing a starched and pressed bandana over his facemask looking like the world’s least believable nark trying to infiltrate a middle-aged early retirement-set biker gang suspected of insider trading. Here’s Elon in the streets of New York being ambushed by autograph hounds, and loving every minute of it. He thinks they’re fans, bless his heart.
Baby shark tank, get it!?!?! You know he texted Lorne Michaels right after this to tell him about his incredible idea. By the way, Elon does actually have fans, and the comments on that video are UNHINGED. Here a some of my favorites.
