Kanye West Changed All His Phone Numbers And Will Not See Or Speak To Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally done something 100% relatable. They refuse to speak to each other, and according to Page Six, have not done so since before they filed for divorce. Kanye changed all his phone numbers and told Kim she has to contact his security if she needs to get a hold of him. And Kim is apparently fine with this arrangement. Who among us would not similarly cut off all communication with Kim or Kanye should the great tragedy of them having our number in the first place ever befall us? There but for the grease of Ye go We.
Despite the seeming ease with which it was decided that Kim would keep the couple’s Hidden Hills haunted house in the separation, it seems we might get some good drama out of this device yet. Lord knows we deserve it. We’ve been forced to witness far too many beige things over the years to not be rewarded with a few colorful fireworks at the end. Page Six reports:
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are not talking following their divorce — after the rapper changed all his phone numbers and told her she could only contact him through his security.
A source exclusively told Page Six that Kanye, 43, abruptly cut himself off from Kim, 40, even before they filed for divorce.
As for the kids, North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1, Kanye visits them at the house when Kim is away under the watchful eyes of “an army of nannies.” Page Six also notes that Kanye “has recently been in LA recording and working so he comes to visit the kids regularly,” and that Kim “not shuttling the kids up to Wyoming and back.”
But despite the animosity, the source added the pair are continuing to co-parent their children, and Kanye regularly visits them at home while Kim is out.
The source said, “Even before Kim filed for divorce, Kanye changed his numbers and said, ‘You can contact me through my security.’
“Despite this, she trusts him around the kids. He loves them and is seeing a lot of them.
“She leaves the house and he arrives and hangs out with the kids. They have an army of nannies so the transition is easy.”
It has been reported that Kim would never keep Kanye from having a relationship with their kids, but that she should not be there when he visits, at his request.
OK, so the fireworks are all duds so far. The Koven is probably saving the good stuff for the final season of KUWTK. But we deserve better. Come on, stir it up! Otherwise, I’m going to take matters into my own hands and delight myself with the thought of Kanye trying to pull a Mrs. Doubtfire on them kids. I mean Tyler Perry has been very generous with Christians (and princes) in need. I’m sure he’d be happy to lend Kanye some of his old Madea drag.
