Those Drake/Kim Kardashian Rumors Are Back Thanks To A Lyric In His New Song

Back in 2018 Internet detectives theorized that Kim Kardashian was the subject of Drake’s song, “In My Feelings”. You know, the one that opens with, “Kiki, do you love meee?” I, for one, assumed the song was about Kiki Dunst, but what do I know? The rumors didn’t help the long-running Drake vs. Kanye West beef, and Yeezy recorded a series of videos fuming about the allegations. But Kim denied she and Drake ever had a thing. End… of… story? Unfortunately, no.

A few days ago Drake dropped three new songs as part of his latest release, Scary Hours 2. On one of those songs, Wants and Needs, Drake raps, “Yeah, I probably go link to Yeezy I need me some Jesus / But as soon as I start confessin’ my sins, he wouldn’t believe us.” Fans believe this line is Drake admitting he “smashed Kim.”

Who knows if the lyrics actually have anything to do with Kim. Drake is clearly joking that he should be confessing his sins to Kanye. Because Kanye’s super Christian and runs a cult. But then there’s the line, “he [Kanye] wouldn’t believe us.” Hmmm. Either Kim and Drake hooked up and this is a wink to that. Or they didn’t and Drake’s joke is being misinterpreted. OR they didn’t, but Drake wants us to think they did because: ATTENTION.

I guess we’ll have to wait for the music video to see if Drake casts a Kardashian look-a-like as his love interest. Might I suggest Amelia Grey Hamlin? Or literally, any of Instagram’s bevy of natural beauties covered head-to-toe in self-tanner and silicone?
