Alec Baldwin Had Some Choice Words For People Who Commented About His New Baby On Instagram

March 2, 2021 / Posted by:

I know it’s hard to believe, but Hilaria “Née Hillary” Baldwin spent an entire month off Instagram listening” and “reflecting, yet somehow still found time to procure an infant! Who says Spanish women can’t have it all? They really do have this whole work/life balance thing figured out. Yesterday we learned that Hilaria and Alec Baldwin welcomed a new baby into their family with an Instagram post. Hilaria captioned hers “7❤️.” Alec posted the same photo with the caption “Mi vita.” While Hilaria wisely kept the comments disabled on her post (likely the result of all that listening), Alec did no such thing. It’s open season in Alec’s comments, and understandably, people had some questions, and well, some comments. However, some of them strayed from Alec’s idea of what an ideal comment should be. Those commenting anything other than some variation of  “congratulations” were told to go fuck themselves.

But first, today Hilaria and Alec have both posted a picture of their new baby. And to answer your burning question, it’s a girl! But we already knew that was going to be the case. What we really wanted to know was if her name was going to be EN ESPANOL like her brothers and sister or if Hilaria would at long last give up the grift. Not a chance. Here’s Lucia Baldwin.

Lucia is Alec and Hilaria’s 6th baby in 7 years. The 7th is of course Alec’s 25-year-old daughter Ireland Baldwin. If you’re old enough, you’ll remember there was a time that Alec tried to convince the world he was Irish by naming his child after his “home country,” so allowing Hilaria to give all their children Spanish names should come as no surprise. And here’s the photo Alec posted yesterday that garnered a few lukewarm reviews. I mean, better than the ones he got for To Rome With Love, just not as good as the ones for Blue Jasmine.

Beautiful family, I wonder where Lucia came from given Hilaria was pregnant with Eduardo just six months ago. Well, the answer is none of my fucking business, according to Alec. And he’s got a point, but Jesus man, do you have to shout? And do you have to do it with that sweaty Irish accent? You sound like a beyond faded Chet Hanks. Us Weekly reports:

“Mi vida,” the actor, 62, captioned a Monday, March 1, Instagram photo, which translates to, “My life.” The social media upload showed the fitness guru, 37, in bed with Carmen, 7, Rafael, 5, Leonardo, 4, Romeo, 2, Eduardo, 5 months, and a newborn baby girl. (Alec is also the father of daughter Ireland, 25, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.)

When an Instagram user wrote that her “first response” to the photo was “Yikes,” the Saturday Night Live alum replied, “I believe that people should simply say ‘Congratulations’ or just shut the fuck up. That’s it.”

Another hater wrote, “Who’s the mother? She wasn’t pregnant. She gave birth six months ago. If it was a surrogate, just say that. If the baby was adopted, just say that. If the baby was the product of an affair and you’ve decided to raise it with your wife, just say that. If you don’t want to say anything — why don’t you both constantly stop posting. Raise your kids in private.”

Alec told this user to “shut the fuck up” as well, adding, “Mind your own business.” He went on to call trolls “not very smart.”

With 6 kids under 10, one might assume Alec has bigger things to worry about, yet here we are. But lest we are led to believe that rage hemorrhoids are more of an issue for Alec than they actually are, he made nice by posting the same pic of Lucia as Hilaria did with the caption “Blessed…” And the comments are on if you want to pop in and congratulate him. But please, don’t ask questions, it will only result in Alec writing profanities under a picture of his newborn daughter. And nobody wants that, now do we? That’s no way to start a new life.
