Dr. Dre Dissed His Estranged Wife Nicole Young In A New Song
Dr. Dre has taken the high road and his divorce from Nicole Young is going to be a private and emotionally thoughtful affair. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if that was true? Imagine? LOL! No, Dre, who has been in a contentious divorce battle with Nicole over money, put together a diss verse about her. 56 is a great age to release a diss track. And about the mother of your children? No way that can go wrong!
After 24 years of marriage, Nicole filed for divorce from Dre in June 2020, and things immediately got messy. Nicole claimed Dre tore up their prenup in a romantic gesture and she wanted $2 million a month in spousal support. Dre does not want to pay Nicole $24 million a year and later produced the prenup. Nicole and Dre’s divorce fight was interrupted when he had an aneurysm and while they played nice for a bit with Dre giving her $2 million for expenses, it got ugly again when Nicole tried to subpoena Dre’s alleged mistresses over houses he may have bought them. Well, now Dre is making a messy situation even messier because TMZ says he has shit-talked Nicole in a new song.
A new track was previewed Monday night by DJ Silk, which features Dre and Aftermath pal KXNG Crooked. Dre drops some explicit lyrics about his estranged wife and their nasty divorce proceedings.
Dre raps … “Trying to kill me with them lies and that perjury // I see you trying to fuck me while I’m in surgery // In ICU death bed on some money shit // Greedy bitch take a pic // Girl you know how money get.”
As we’ve reported … Dre went right back to the studio after being released from his recent health scare — suffering what could’ve been a fatal brain aneurysm.
Silk only played a few bars, so it’s unclear if Dre makes any other references to the divorce or Nicole on the track.
Here’s the song and let me tell you, leave the break-up songs to Taylor Swift because this is not it.

It’s clear that Dre was focusing less on rap poetry and more on dragging the hell out of Nicole Young. And since Nicole is not one to stay quiet over Dre’s “clapbacks,” expect her to get into the rap game and record her own diss track: “Cheating ass spouse, paying for your ho’s house!”
