Adele Has Reached A Divorce Settlement With Soon-To-Be Ex, Simon Konecki

32-year-old Adele filed for divorce back in September 2019 from her husband, 46-year-old Simon Konecki, after their split was announced that April. Since then, she’s been connected to a few people in the tabloids, like Harry Styles and rapper Skepta, but with her divorce still up in the air, Adele seemed to just be keeping it casual since she publicly said she was single. Well, it may be time for Adele to follow her icon Beyoncé‘s advice and pull her Freakum Dress out of the closet and find a new man because Adele’s divorce is close to being finalized.

People says that at the time Adele filed for divorce, there was no spousal support agreement and the separation of their assets and properties would be figured out during mediation. Since Simon didn’t even have to sing Set Fire To The Prenup because they didn’t have one, there was a chance he could make off with a huge chunk of Adele’s money.

Well, now Simon and Adele have reached an agreement and filed a judgment packet with the Los Angeles courts on Friday. It’s only been a few hours so the document hasn’t been signed by a judge to officially dissolve the marriage though, but it’s coming. Also, we won’t know what kind of payout Simon got because a judge previously said that the details of the divorce would be kept private. But we’ll know how much Simon got if Adele’s next album is called “Bitch Got Half.”

Well there you go, Adele is almost a free woman! Throw on those bantu knots and celebrate! I’m sure her next album will tear us to emotional pieces. Maybe she and Kelly Clarkson will have a duet about giving their money to their ex-husbands.
