Scott Disick And Amelia Hamlin Were Seen Looking At $65 Million Mansions Together

There are only a few more shopping days until Christmas, and I’m sure that plenty of 37-year-old boyfriends are frantically trying to decide what to get for their 19-year-old girlfriends, or planning the perfect romantic holiday date. Scott Disick is one of those boyfriends, and Amelia Hamlin is his current girlfriend of about two months. If Amelia’s ideal gift this season is attention and a publicity stunt, and her dream date involves walking room to room in a stranger’s mansion with a licensed real estate agent, then it sounds like Scott really came through this year. Because Scott and Amelia just got attention for looking at ultra-expensive homes together.

People magazine says that while everyone in California is being urged to stay inside and only leave for essentials, Scott and Amelia recently decided to visit at least three homes for sale in the Los Angeles area. The homes Scott and Amelia toured had price tags that were over $65 million. A source tells People that Scott is “a known real estate connoisseur,” and that he was looking for “his next buying opportunity.

Scott has a house-flipping show called Flip It Like Disick, so there is a chance he was looking to buy a dilapidated $65 million dump and flip it into a liveable home. Like this shambolic teardown, Owlwood Estate. Scott and Amelia toured Owlwood, which was once home to Tony Curtis, and Cher. It is currently listed at $115 million and has 9 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It’s the perfect place for Scott to make prank calls to Kris Jenner as his alter-ego Todd Kraines.

Scott and Amelia also toured a $65 million home located down the street from the Playboy Mansion. One $69 million home they toured was described as being “fit for a mogul.” That would be great if Scott even was a mogul. According to CelebrityNetWorth, Scott’s net worth is $45 million (and that’s with a decade’s worth of job security). Amelia’s net worth is reportedly about $1 million. So forget about who’s name will be on the mortgage. Who even allowed them in the front door of those places? A quick internet search would have shown Scott’s real estate agent that he absolutely has no right house hunting for a place with a $115 million listing price. He’s not even a fake billionaire. He’s just a regular millionaire. I bet the owners let him tour it as a favor, and even then, they made sure to lock down the silverware first and check Scott and Amelia’s pockets before they left.
