NeNe Leakes Calls For A Boycott Of Bravo Shows, Alleging Systemic Racism, Bullying And Discrimination
NeNe Leakes has decided to burn down the whole entirety of whatever was left of her bridge with Bravo because she’s chosen to pursue some kind of potential legal action against them on the basis of racial discrimination. At the very least she’s ready to wage a public campaign as she’s hit up Twitter and shared a Change.org petition to boycott all of Bravo’s shows including Real Housewives of Atlanta, which made her a STAH.
NeNe was an OG on RHOA for seven years but then left in 2015 to try for a bigger career but it didn’t pan out she later returned for the 10th season in 2017. And then she announced back in September that she will not be returning for season 13. She very much made it seem like it was her choice because negotiations weren’t going the way she wanted with production. But shortly after, NeNe claimed that Bravo “forced” her off the series. NeNe tweeted at the Evil Lord of Bravo, Andy Cohen, teasing some retribution against him:
@Andy said he respected Teddi for telling the truth about her exit. Well i can’t wait to tell my truths🙌🏾 i hope i get just as much respect

And in October, NeNe was a guest on The Tamron Hall Show and talked about her allegations of discrimination, bullying, and systemic racism. She explained that Bravo featured her less and less and her role on the show got smaller and smaller. Yeah, that’s what happens when your storyline is boring, ask Teddi Mellencamp.
Well, forward to this week when NeNe used her logo to ask for help from the Equal Opportunity Commission, which made it sound like something is in the works from her:

And the very next day, NeNe called for the Bravo boycott:
Y’all ready to start this boycott yet? What has happened behind the scenes is WRONG! While others were being promoted, BLACK WOMEN who created shows, created genres, built franchise and built networks were being DEMOTED…TURN OFF YOUR TV’S

Sign the petitions when you see them, repost the boycott flyers when you see them, turn off your TVs

She also shared the link to the petition:

She promised to dish more on her allegations during an Instagram Live session tonight with attorney Ben Crump:
Don’t Miss The Discussion TONIGHT at 7:30pm EST wit attorney Ben Crump! If u hav experienced racial discrimination or mistreatment of any kind please contact me or any of my representatives. NeNe also retweeted a tweet from a fan defending her from talk that she was the bully during production, and also brought up sexual assault allegations against Michael Darby of Real Housewives of Potomac, who was accused of groping crew members and was caught on camera grabbing a producer’s butt.
And Michael D grabbed production booty and pushed them yet he's still able to film, let it make sense

Michael is still on the show, and we all know that Bravo has a history of racism (see: Antebellum Rules, I mean, Vanderpump Rules). But NeNe hasn’t served up the details of her racism accusations and this is an actual quote from her petition:
“NeNe has cleared a path for “reality stars” to segue way into the acting world and having “actors and musicians” flock to the reality world. So much so a network executive has stepped down to become talent on a show that was also a creative contribution from NeNe Leakes…
We have witnessed her sacrifice her physical health, have her mental health jeopardized, and her spiritual well-being tested.”
So it sounds like NeNe is really accusing Bravo of NeNe Leakes discrimination, but if she wants to give another example for Bravo promoting white women over Black women, she can just say, “And Tardy for the Party is still on. HOW?!”
