Justin Bieber Will Not Tolerate Any Attempt To Cyberbully His Wife Hailey Bieber In Defense Of Selena Gomez

It’s been two years since Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke up for good after being on and off and on and off for nearly eight years. Both have very much moved on, with Justin currently married to Hailey Bieber, and Selena possibly dating NBA player Jimmy Butler. So there’s not much chance that they’ll get back together, but some fans refuse to let go. Recently, a Selena fan tried to launch a campaign of hate against Justin’s wife Hailey (Operation Code Name: Get a Life). Justin was having none of it, and he quickly called them out.

According to Entertainment Tonight, this all started yesterday after Hailey announced she was doing an Instagram Live to promote a makeup brand and would answer questions from her followers. One Selena fan then posted a video to social media, encouraging other Selenators to flood the comments en masse, and troll Hailey with comments about how Selena is better.

Real mature stuff. Also, ironically – real misguided too. As Selena herself has previously had to tell her fans to lay off cyber attacking other women in her defense. Clearly, this particular Selena fan didn’t get that message. The campaign against Hailey eventually made its way to Justin, who fired up his favorite platform for calling someone out, had this to say in a series of Instagram Stories:

“This sad excuse of a human just encouraged people on video to literally go after my wife telling people to say that my previous relationship was better so on and so forth. I just wanted to share this so that people get an idea of what we face day to day. It is extremely hard to choose the high road when I see people like this try and rally to gather people to bully the person I love most in this world. It is not right.

But I will say this – as many people as there are that want to spend their time publicly degrading shaming and trying to humiliate us we would like to ask those who have it in them to life us up in prayer. We need prayer and support as we continue to put ourselves out there. After watching that I could easily let it steal my joy, but then I think about her life and how miserable she must be to want to spend her life trying to make others feel small. The lesson here is SHES THE ONE MISSING OUT. Life is fulfilling when you uplift and add value to people! A life where you want to make others feel small will leave you with no friends and no real joy.”

Hailey also chimed in with her thoughts, and she too kindly requests that people stop hating on her:

“I usually stay quiet and don’t acknowledge these things because I need to protect myself and my mental. But it has truly gotten to a level of anger and hate that is shockingly unhealthy and sad. I would never in a million years wish for someone to be treated this way and I will never condone this kind of hateful behavior. I want only to support, uplift, and encourage other women in this industry and wish them noting but love and success and I wish for all of my followers and supporters to the same!! Wishing the young woman in that video all the best. I hope she finds love, peace and happiness in this life!”

It was actually a pretty dramatic week in the Bieber household, as Hailey was busy with another social media battle. So remember last month when Hailey made the dramatic revelation that she was not pregnant, contrary to alleged reports that she was? That alleged pregnancy news was reportedly going to be published by Us Weekly. A few days earlier, Instagram gossip account @Deuxmoi published an anonymous email claiming that “two A-listers” were announcing they were having a baby (Hailey and Justin were the most popular guess). Two days ago, Hailey revealed on Instagram that she knows who operates the Instagram account. Up until now, no one has any information on the person running the account. That might make Hailey seem like a real detective, but a Twitter user pointed out that Hailey probably knows because she has a history of working with them.

Hailey’s history with @Deuxmoi goes back to 2014. If anything, that’s what should have been asked about in Hailey’s Instagram Live event. “Hailey, who cares who runs the account. Can you explain how a gossip account evolved from a random merch company?”
