Jillian Michaels Once Again Dragged Al Roker And Andy Cohen Over The Keto Diet
Jillian Michaels is at it again. No, I don’t mean fat-shaming Lizzo or some other random person who is just minding their own business and pissing Jillian off by loving their own body. But she is fighting with one Andy Cohen, King of Bravo First Of His Name, and Al Roker, Stormbringer. This is technically round two after they went toe-to-toe over the only thing rational people fight about: The Keto Diet. And Jillian also must want RHOBH‘s Teddi Mellencamp to be out of another job because she dragged her “accountability program” too.
Al and Jillian beefed back in January 2019 over the keto diet because Al had become one of the people loving it while Jillian said it was “bad for a million reasons” and not sustainable.
So @JillianMichaels says #Keto is a bad idea. This from a woman who promoted on camera bullying , deprivation, manipulation and more weekly in the name of weight loss. Now those sound like bad ideas

Andy also came for Jillian. Women’s Health says that on an episode of Watch What Happens Live! in 2019 he made Jillian the “Jackhole of the Day” and said:
“A lot of people think Jillian Michaels is a bad idea.”
Jillian first responded on TheSkimm‘s podcast last year and continued to drag keto, saying Al Roker should listen to her because she’s smarter than him in nutrition and that she was sad he iced her out over a high-fat, low-carb diet. She also said that Andy was and always has been an asshole. She should call Kathy Griffin:
“What’s so disappointing is that for years I’ve done the Today show. For years I’ve done segments with this guy. I was always greeted with the “Kiddo,” right? And the big hug and the “How’s the family?” and, like, I always thought we were homies,” she said of Roker. “I’m not just a fitness trainer. I have three certifications. I do continuing education. I’m a certified nutritionist.” Andy Cohen, she said, “is just not a nice guy. And I’ve said that for many years.”
So when Jillian was recently on the #ADULTING podcast with hosts Zack Peter and Abigail Fraher, she dragged Andy and Al some more, this time for not saying anything to her face:
“Like with keto–Al Roker and Andy Cohen–I was like, “Great, let’s have this debate!” [They were] gone. Vanished! Bye, bye. Gone! …You know, anybody who–paleo, vegan–I mean, bring it! So, you have to do your work and be prepared in order to put something out in the world that has staying power and that delivers on the results.”
She then twisted the knife in Teddi Mellencamp’s dead Real Housewives career and blasted her ability to account for people:
“You know, these women are not, they’re not nutritionists. They’re not registered dietitians. It sounds like they’re not certified fitness experts. And it doesn’t sound like they got all of those individuals behind their program. And I could very well be wrong–I don’t know–but it doesn’t sound like they did. So, this is where I would say, look, get out of your lane. You don’t see me commenting on politics? I don’t understand half of these policies. I’m not an economist. I didn’t go to school to study foreign policy. You know what I mean? That’s not my lane … I would say, stay in your lane. And when you’re in your lane, do your work.”
During the podcast, Abigail also asked Jillian how she’s been working out during the pandemic and joked if she watched her own workout videos. Jillian responded:
“No, I can’t stand–I literally want to punch myself in the face. I’m like “Oh my god, shut! Up!””
And I think that last one is something she should actually consider.
