Lori Loughlin Will Be Out Of Prison On Christmas Day

There’s some more “Woe is me,” news coming from “sources close to Lori Loughlin.” They’ve really been working hard to make us feel an iota of sympathy for her. Lori and her husband Mossimo Giannulli were sentenced to prison for their roles in the College Admissions Scandal. She started her two-month sentence on October 30 and he’ll begin his five-month sentence after she’s done. Lori was apparently a “wreck” after barely a week, so she’s gonna have a long two-months and so far sources tell InTouch she’s “struggling.” But luckily for her, Lori will be home for Christmas.

InTouch has sources who say that Lori has been “struggling” on the inside. She “misses her family and her comfortable life.”

“Lori is trying to keep her head low and just get through this ordeal… [Although] she’s been able to make calls and send emails, all monitored… every second feels like a lifetime in there.”

Every second in minimum security is a lifetime? Good god girl get a grip. The source also told InTouch that ahead of her turning herself in, Lori drove to the prison for a moment of contemplation and ended up upsetting herself.

“[She] drove from the safety of her Hidden Hills home to the prison and reminisced of past family holidays and neighborhood get-togethers, but it only made it worse for her. Lori is living a real-life nightmare.”

Another source said:

“Lori is hating life inside prison. Her first days there were dreadful.”

But Lori doesn’t have that much time left in the clink. TMZ says the Bureau of Prisons has her listed for a release date of December 27. But wait, anyone scheduled to be released from Dublin on a weekend gets to go home that Friday. So Merry Christmas to Lori! She’ll be out on the 25th.

I think Lori needs to look on the bright side. She can use this experience to pitch herself back to the Hallmark Channel. A new movie about a prisoner who gets out of jail for Christmas and falls in love with her high school boyfriend called: I’ll Be Home For Christmas! Sure, it’s a bit edgier than Hallmark is used to but prisoners can be stuffy career-oriented women who reluctantly fall in love too!
