Gwyneth Paltrow And Kate Hudson Talked About Their Worst On-Screen Kisses
We all know Hollywood nepotism has its perks, but have you ever considered the down sides? No? Well please allow Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson to change that for you. According to Us Weekly, Kate recently joined Gwyneth on The Goop Podcast and instead of talking about how hard work and talent alone got them where they are today, they dished about their worst on-screen kisses. For Kate it was Matthew McConaughey who apparently has never gotten it right, and for Gwyneth it’s Robert Downey Jr. because it felt like she was kissing her brother Chris Martin.

Kiss and tell! Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow shaded some of their costars as they reminisced about their awkward onscreen make-outs and which actor passed the kiss test.
“Honestly, I feel like I kind of haven’t had the best kissers,” Hudson, 41, told Paltrow, 48, on the Tuesday, October 13, episode of “The Goop Podcast” podcast. “I feel like I should have had better ones.”
The Bride Wars actress got real about her longtime friend and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days costar — who she also starred alongside in 2008’s Fool’s Gold — Matthew McConaughey’s smooching skills.
“Every time I kiss McConaughey, I mean, it’s like there’s just something happening and there’s like snot or wind,” Hudson said before breaking into laughter. “Like when we were kissing, like, in the end of Fool’s Gold, we’re like in the ocean, we had the plane crash, he just had snot all over his face.”
Folks, I watched several clips from Fool’s Gold to try and find this snot kiss scene for you but I couldn’t. However, what I did find was that in addition to looking greasy and stinky, Matthew kind of looks like he has snot on his face in every scene. However, Kate did go on to say that she had at least one good screen kiss with her Almost Famous costar Billy Crudup, who as we know, isn’t afraid to really put his back into it (and sometimes his dick, just ask Mary-Louise Parker).
“You know who is a good kisser, but you didn’t see it because they cut it out? [It] was Billy,” Hudson said. “Billy was good. That was good.”
As for Gwyneth, she named RDJ as her worst screen kiss noting that it was like kissing her brother. And she of all people should know!
The Goop creator… admitted that making out with her Iron Man love interest, Robert Downey Jr., felt like hooking up with her sibling.
“With Robert, like, when I kissed him, I was like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me,” she recalled. “This is literally like kissing my brother.’”
Oh, wait, literally? I was taking about how she calls her ex husband her brother, but she said literally so now we know she has made out with her brother Jake Paltrow. How very Flowers in the Attic of them.
