Halle Berry Has Confirmed The Identity Of Her Mystery Man
Last month, we learned that Halle Berry, who still isn’t divorced from Olivier Martinez, appeared to have a new special someone in her life, and all we knew about them was that they had feet and hairy legs. For all we knew, Halle was dating Nanny from Muppet Babies (hey, we don’t know what Nanny’s legs looked like under those green striped tights, and who are we to judge). Those who want to get with Nanny, now is the time to shoot your shot. Because that’s not who Halle is with. Halle has appeared to reveal the identity of her new man, and she did so by using a t-shirt to break the news.
People magazine reports that Halle’s big possible-boyfriend reveal happened yesterday on Instagram. Halle posted a picture of herself wearing a t-shirt featuring the name of Grammy-winning musician Van Hunt, with the caption, “Now ya know.” And that foot emoji is likely a callback to all those sexy sun-lit feet pics she’s been posting.
Halle allegedly dumped her last boyfriend, Alex da Kid, because he was too young for her. She doesn’t have to worry about that being a problem this time around. Halle is 54 and her new man Van is 50. Van also confirmed that he’s with Halle by Instagramming the same t-shirt photo she Instagrammed. But he didn’t have to, since he’s been dropping clues for a while. Like this picture of van on a balcony. That’s the Las Vegas skyline, and the picture was posted the day after Halle’s birthday, which she spent in Las Vegas.

It’s good that we know Van is for sure dating Halle Berry. Because we know it’s Halle in that picture, but I wouldn’t be surprised if at least one of Van’s friends didn’t believe it was her. That low-lighting and distorted perspective aren’t doing him any favors in that picture. He definitely had to convince someone he wasn’t just faking a kiss from “Halle” by holding a DVD screener of Extant up to his face.
