Ed Sheeran And His Wife, Cherry Seaborn, Welcomed A Baby Daughter They Named Lyra Antarctica

29-year-old Ed Sheeran and 28-year-old Cherry Seaborn, who got hitched two Decembers ago a few days before Christmas, are now parents to a brand new baby girl. They have decided to name her Lyra Antarctica. Well, the way global warming is going, Lyra may be the last Antarctica standing. So it was nice of them to pay homage.

On Instagram, Ed announced the birth of Lyra which actually happened last week. He thanked an “amazing delivery team” for helping to bring their daughter, Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran to the Shire–I mean–the family. They asked for people to respect their privacy at this time, but I don’t know who’s out here trying to find out tea on Ed Sheeran? And Ed Sheeran would give his daughter the initials: LASS.

Lyra Antarctica sounds like a cross between a ski clothing company and a cartoon about a girl who is a secret superhero trying to stop climate change. But still, congratulations to Lyra Antarctica who will be absolutely rich when she grows up because somehow people are diehard lovers of going to see Ed Sheeran live. And parenting will be a breeze with a dad like Ed. If Lyra Antarctica won’t fall asleep, Ed just has to start singing one of his own songs. That shit will knock her out right away!
