Tucson, my new favorite car salesman!

Buying a car can sometimes be as pleasant as fluorescent lighting. The whole process takes at least 2,938 hours and is sometimes filled with many “Wait, am I getting screwed, and not in a sexy way?” moments. But one car dealership in Brazil found a way to make car-buying a lot better and that’s by hiring a dog, who is seen above showing that he’s the best-dressed car salesman in the game and is also saying with his face, “Yes, I’m screwing you, but you don’t care because of how adorable I am.”

Brazil’s A Gazeta (via People) reports that Tucson was a stray dog who regularly hung around a Hyundai dealership in Brazil. The dealership’s manager, Emerson Mariano, began to leave food and water for 1-year-old Tucson, and so he came around more and more and got friendly with the staff. So Emerson decided to give Tucson both a home and a job by adopting him and making him a “car consultant” for the dealership. Here’s Tucson, who was named after one of Hyundai’s SUVs, serving up his A+++ salesman skills. Shit, I don’t need a car, but this picture made me fill out a loan application and throw it at the screen. Tucson sold me without even trying!

It goes without saying, but Tucson quickly became a hit and Emerson decided to share Tucson’s professionalism and charisma with the world on Instagram. Here’s Tucson hard at work making a “Why me?” face as a customer whines at him (no wonder he doesn’t put the listening part on his ear!):

And here’s Tucson listening closely during an important business meeting:

Emerson also plans to make his Employee of EVERY Month the star of a nationwide commercial for Hyundai.

While this is a genius move on Emerson’s part, it’s a bad thing for me. Because if Tucson was my car salesman, I’d be like, “Oh yes, I’ll buy that 80-year warranty on my car handles and every other warranty and upsell you’ve got because who’s a good boy?!!!
