Zelda Williams Dragged Eric Trump For Using Her Father To Diss Joe Biden

Zelda Williams had to collect Eric Trump after he used an old clip of her father, Robin Williams, to mock Joe Biden. Zelda reminded Eric on Twitter what Robin thought of his father, Donald Trump, and it’s a much less glowing review than the one Joe Biden got–one that includes suggestions of incest. The Trump family loves to ask people to dunk on them!

CBS News says that the video Eric shared is from Robin’s 2009 special, Weapons of Self Destruction, where he joked about the then-Vice President Joe Biden:

“We still have great comedy out there. There’s always rambling Joe Biden.”

Eric shared the clip with the caption, “Robin Williams just savages Joe Biden,” and Zelda was not having it. She retweeted Eric’s tweeted and suggested that he look up what her father said about Donald Trump, and reminded everyone to vote:

Zelda may be referring to at least one moment in 2012 where Robin called Donald Trump “a scary man.” He said:

“He owns all these beauty pageants… isn’t that bit like Michael Vick owning a series of pet stores? It’s a fucking catch-and-release program for him. This is a man who said, “My daughter is hot.” Even people in Arkansas went, “That’s fucking wrong. That’s just way out of place.”

Zelda was not going to allow Robin to be propagandized by Eric, especially now. She shared how it would have been her father’s 69th birthday this year at the end of July, and she tweeted how today is the anniversary of his tragic suicide. She encouraged people to reach out during times of struggle:

Yeah, not the time to invoke a woman’s dead father to push some political bullshit. I’m glad Zelda came for Eric, but I really hope she decides to take things all the way and use her Triforce magic to send the Trump family back into the darkness.
