Cardi B Defends Using Kylie Jenner In The “WAP” Video And Carole Baskin Hates It For Its Use Of Big Pussies
About one second after Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion dropped their pussy-filled video for Wet Ass Pussy (WAP), many got an instant dry ass pussy from watching Kylie Jenner lazily strut like a sedated cat. Cardi defended her choice to use Kylie, but the video is also getting shit from Carole Baskin for a different reason. Carole called the video out for promoting the captivity of large cats and perpetuating their abuse! Um, since Cardi and Megan pissed Carole off, they better run at the first whiff of sardine oil.
Us Weekly says that a petition was started to remove Kylie from WAP. Currently, it has over 65,000 signatures. Cardi got on Twitter to defend the choice and apparently it had nothing to do with generating a huge amount of publicity. People brought up how Normani actually brought talent to the video by dancing while Kylie brought her signature zero personality and no talent. One said that was “a perfect visual indication of Black women having to do the most and white women do the bare minimum to get somewhere.” Cardi slapped at them and said it has nothing to do with race:
Cardi B fired back, “Normani is one of the best female artist that dances Like she dances her fuckin ass off! Why would she open a door? Please tell me how that would make sense? The best part of the song is the beat & hook it what makes you want to shake your ass.”
“Not everything is about race,” she continued. “Theres issues out here in the world that it is about race that I preach all the time about. This is not about fuckin race.”

Cardi explained that the father of Kylie’s kid, Travis Scott, is “real close” to her husband Offset. And also said she reaches out to Kris Jenner for “advice on certain things.” Oh no, why would you ask Kris Jenner for her special skills? Is Cardi B going to start sacrificing virgins on the Blood Moon for eternal youth? Cardi added that Kylie was incredibly nice to her daughter Kulture, and her sister, Hennesy, when they went to Stormi‘s birthday party.
“Why did I put Kylie on my music video? She treated my sister and daughter so lovely at her kid’s bday party.”
As for Carole, she spoke with TMZ and told them she does not approve of WAP. The cats in the video were edited in and were filmed with a green screen. But Carole said putting cats in front of a green screen is “unnatural and confusing” and it’s a “terrible message and is harmful to the future of big cats.” She’s worried it could glamorize “keeping tigers as pets” for the rich folk out there and is worried “every ignorant follower [will] want to imitate by doing the same.” Well, unemployment rates are still really high so not many people can afford spontaneous white tiger purchases.
And when it comes to Kylie, I think there were better choices. And Viola Davis agrees:
