Amber Heard Alleges That Johnny Depp Once Pushed Kate Moss Down The Stairs

Johnny Depp’s libel suit against The Sun is still being heard in a courtroom in London, and there was also talk that Johnny’s exes Vanessa Paradis and Winona Ryder might testify on his behalf, to say that he’s a good guy and bla bla bla. Other exes have said he’s not a violent shitbag. Penelope Cruz, who didn’t date Johnny but has worked with him a few times, submitted a declaration in which she vouched for his character. Well, his ex-wife Amber Heard’s recent testimony brought forth an implication that the woman from Johnny’s past that you want to speak to is Kate Moss because according to Amber, Johnny got violent with her when they were together.

Amber recently testified that for three days in March 2015, Johnny held her hostage in their Australian rental, and repeatedly beat her and threatened to kill her. The latest alleged revelation is that Amber is now saying any violence she unleashed onto Johnny during that time was an act of self-defense to protect her sister, Whitney Heard. The Daily Mail says Amber claimed she was motivated by fear from some rumors she heard about Johnny’s time dating Kate. Johnny dated Kate Moss from 1994 to 1998. According to Amber, she heard from two people that Johnny had pushed Kate down the stairs. She claims she didn’t want Johnny to do the same to her sister Whitney, which is why she took a swing at him.

Ms. Heard made the new allegation in the High Court and claims she punched him during an incident in March 2015 as she feared that he might do the same to her sister Whitney. Depp’s lawyer asked her about being violent towards Depp during the fight, Heard said:

“He pushed Kate Moss down the stairs, I heard this from two people, and this was fresh in my mind. I reacted in defense of my sister. I had for years been Johnny’s punch bag but for years I never hit him. It was the first time after all these years that I struck him back.”

Johnny’s lawyer reportedly accused Amber of making up the part about Kate Moss, as she had never mentioned Kate’s name in any depositions or testimony before now. Amber responded: “I have not had the liberty of time, space or energy to list every incident that’s listed in these proceedings.”

Kate Moss has never accused Johnny Depp of getting physically violent before. But let’s also remember that Johnny himself has admitted under oath to causing $10,000 worth of damage in his hotel room at The Mark Hotel in 1994. Johnny was staying there with Kate (the charges were later dropped and he agreed to pay a fine for the damages). Johnny claimed that Kate was sleeping while he trashed his room. However, guests reported that they were woken up by the sound of wood snapping and “domestic squabbling.” So we don’t know if there’s any truth to the stair story, but at the very least we can probably assume Johnny and Kate’s relationship wasn’t exactly healthy.

Amber also testified that Johnny got violent with her while they stayed in a trailer park in 2013. She claims that Johnny thought a woman was flirting with her, and he allegedly got violent with her first. Amber claimed:

“He grabbed her by the wrist and threatened her by talking about the pressure that would be needed to break it if she didn’t admit that she was trying to flirt with me. Johnny and I went back to our trailer cabin where he continued to fight about it. By that point, the amount of cocaine he had taken affected his ability to make rational sense and he went into a manic state.”

Amber alleged that once inside their trailer, a coked-up Johnny started trashing things inside the trailer, like cabinets and light fixtures. If that’s true, then someone really should have let Johnny know he was about 26 years too late to audition for Raising Arizona.

And of course, there was more talk about that turd in the bed. The Daily Mail says that Amber spoke about the poo-in-the-bed issue. Johnny claimed that after arguing at Amber’s 30th birthday party, a vindictive and angry Amber took a shit in their bed (he also believes it might have come from one of their friends). Amber has always maintained the poo came from their Yorkie, Boo. She’s still sticking to that, except she recently added that Boo’s bowels are all fucked up because she ate Johnny’s weed when she was a puppy.

Depp’s lawyer asked Heard in the High Court today: “You left human excrement on the bed?” Heard responded: “That’s absolutely disgusting.”

[Johnny’s lawyer] then asked her if any of her friends had left it, to which Heard replied: “No, of course not. That’s unimaginable to me.” Heard claimed that the excrement belonged to Depp’s dog Boo, who had a problem with her bowels after she ate some cannabis that belonged to Depp when she was a puppy.

Amber alleges that Johnny had texted his assistant three years before Boo’s Poo, suggesting his assistant drop a turd on the floor, with the intention that Amber would step in it, and think it was Boo’s. What Johnny clearly didn’t realize is that he didn’t have to go to such gross lengths. If he wanted to leave shit all over the house, he should have just scattered a bunch of DVDs of The Tourist on the floor.
