A Picture Of The Turd That Ended Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s Marriage Was Shown In Court

Johnny Depp’s libel suit against The Sun is currently being heard in court in London. It’s still over a week away from wrapping up and it’s been a shit show, as expected. Johnny is suing The Sun for calling him a “wife-beater” over his ex-wife Amber Heard’s accusation that he was abusive. Johnny denies that he was violent toward Amber and has claimed that she was the violently abusive one.

There’s been more testimony including testimony about Amber’s alleged lies, Johnny’s severed finger, and the shit in the bed, AGAIN. Yeah, this shit show just got shittier. 

In 2016, Amber and Johnny got into trouble in Australia when they illegally smuggled her dogs, Pistol and Boo, into the country without going through doggy quarantine. They put out a super-dramatic apology video over it. Well, Page Six says that Johnny’s estate manager, Kevin Murphy, told the court he was intimidated by Amber to lie to Australian authorities about smuggling in Pistol and Boo and Amber blamed it on her assistant.

[Kevin Murphy] signed official documents claiming Heard’s recently fired assistant, Kate James, had been responsible for filing the missing paperwork that Heard thought was all set when she flew to Australia.

Murphy said Heard also pressured him to go to James directly and ask her to “lie under oath” and take the blame and pretend Heard did not know she was breaking the law by traveling with her pet pooches.

However, he insisted in court, “Ms. Heard was aware that this was illegal, because I had informed her repeatedly by email, telephone and in person.”

Kevin also testified that Amber faked a picture of her with bruises on her face which she says was taken after Johnny attacked her.

Ben King, a former estate manager, worked with Johnny between 2014 and 2016, and said he “frequently witnessed” Amber “goading and attempting to provoke” Johnny into fights. And apparently she would get pissed about the littlest things (via BBC):

“Of what I heard of their arguments, they could start from very banal beginnings… I recall Ms Heard complained that Mr Depp had removed his hand from hers, and she complained along the lines of “maybe you don’t love me.”

Ben said they were like “schoolchildren,” and Amber was the “antagonizer” while he never saw Johnny get violent and usually “seemed keen to walk out of, or away from, arguments.” Ben also testified to finding notes from Johnny to Amber that read: “Let’s not do this again” and “I love you.”

Ben was in Australia during that huge fight where Johnny lost part of his finger. Amber alleged that Johnny hurt himself by slamming a phone through a wall but Johnny said Amber threw a vodka bottle at him. Ben testified to not seeing any broken phones, but he did find the severed fingertip following a trail of blood. Deadline says he also noticed visible cuts on Amber’s arms when they returned to L.A. from Australia and that she asked him on the plane, “Have you ever been so angry with someone that you just lost it?”

And about that turd making an appearance in court…

Johnny already testified that after he found a shit in his marital bed, he decided his marriage to Amber was over. Johnny’s housekeeper of 30 years, Hilda Vargas, gave a written statement detailing TurdGate:

“I pulled back the top sheet on the bed and saw a large pile of feces… I was horrified and disgusted. It was clear to me that this was human feces. …I have cleaned up after [their] dogs many times, and their feces are much smaller… Those feces were fresh… from the night or from the early morning.”

Hilda said it showed “a lack of respect” and took pics because she was “angry.” And here they are!

Amber apparently fought with Hilda, arguing there was no poop in the bed but Hilda didn’t know what to tell her. Amber’s spokesperson denies all of this and suggests Johnny did it:

“This accusation is completely untrue and has been designed purely to humiliate Ms. Heard… As the evidence in court showed, Mr. Depp discussed committing such a prank for years beforehand and it plays to his lavatorial and abusive sense of humour.”

Johnny did previously testify that he laughed at the turd and also texted someone with: “Not sure I’ve laughed that hard for years. At least the photos are hilarious.”

This is a mess and really the only positive thing to come out of this libel case is Turdina getting her modeling debut.
