Johnny Depp Testified In Court That He Decided To Divorce Amber Heard After She Shit The Bed (Literally)

Johnny Depp is currently suing The Sun over a story they ran titled: “Potty – How can JK Rowling be “genuinely happy” casting wife beater Johnny Depp in the new Fantastic Beasts film?” The accusations of Johnny being an abusive mess came from his ex-wife Amber Heard (Johnny is also suing Amber for publicly accusing him of abusing her). While Amber has accused Johnny of being violent, he accused her of being the violent one.

Both Johnny and Amber were in a courtroom in London today for the first day of the three-week trial in his case against The Sun. Johnny took the stand and aired his side of his shitty marriage to Amber, and yes, the shittiness he aired included an actual shit.

Since the issue at hand is whether or not Johnny is a lady-abusing druggie alcoholic, Page Six says he was asked about his extensive drug and alcohol use. He said that by age 14 (he is now 57) he had already taken “every drug known to man.” Johnny admitted to a rough childhood and being a mess, but claimed he’s not a “horrible monster” as Amber wants us to believe. 

Johnny said the drugs and alcohol were the “only thing I found to numb the pain,” and said that fame hit him in a bad way. Johnny added that he does not have a “nasty, angry side” and when he was asked about trashing a New York City hotel room in 1994, he downplayed it, saying “I don’t know the exact amount of damage.” When lawyers pointed out it was $10,000 worth of damage, Johnny called that “a few dents. Yes.” But he explained it was a “particularly bad couple of days.”

“I was angry. That didn’t mean I had an anger problem. On that occasion I chose to express my anger.”

Ellen Barkin sure thinks he has an anger problem. She gave a statement that was read in court about the time Johnny allegedly threw a bottle of wine across a Las Vegas hotel room in a jealous rage. Johnny denied that, saying that Ellen “held a grudge.”

Johnny’s lawyer, David Sherborne, really came to his defense, saying Amber’s claims were “a catalog of ever more extreme and shocking lies.” He also brought up that 2015 recording where Amber is heard calling Johnny “a fucking baby” and admits to hitting him. John testified that he was the diffuser in the relationship and he “would try to go to my own corner, as it were… before things got out of hand.”

Two of Johnny’s former partners, Vanessa Paradis and Winona Ryder, both already submitted statements of support for him saying he was never abusive with them. He echoed that while testifying:

“It is a strong and central part of my moral code that I would never strike a woman, under any circumstances, at any time. I find it simply inconceivable and it would never happen.”

Even though Johnny claims that Amber was physically abusive toward him, he testified that the straw that broke the camel’s back of their marriage wasn’t straw, it was the turd that Amber left in their bed as a prank. Johnny decided then that his marriage really hit the shit can and was over. via Page Six:

Depp said the disgusting incident occurred after a party for Heard’s 30th birthday in their Los Angeles penthouse in May 2016 — and following a blow-up between the stormy couple.

“I understand that the following morning [after the party], Ms Heard (or possibly one of her friends) defecated in our shared bed,” Depp said, according to the statement.

“On 12 May 2016, Ms Heard confessed to our estate manager, Kevin Murphy, that leaving the feces in the bed had been ‘just a harmless prank,’ thereby effectively acknowledging that she had been responsible, whereas she had previously sought to blame our dogs,” the “Edward Scissorhands” star said.

During Harvey Weinstein’s trial, the jury became both deaf and blind when they heard a detailed description of his rotten mushroom dick and also saw sketches of him naked. So I wonder if Johnny’s team is going to present a sketch of the turd that broke his marriage, and the sketch would probably look a lot like the one of a naked Harvey.
