Justin Bieber Is Suing The Women Who Accused Him Of Sexual Assualt

There was a time not so long ago, that when Justin Bieber’s lawyers saw his name pop up on the call display, they’d probably pick up the phone and sigh, “Okay, what did you do now.” But the latest call they received from Justin was to inform them that he didn’t do something he was being accused of, and he wanted to sue. Earlier this week, a Twitter user known only as Danielle accused Justin of raping her at a hotel in Austin, Texas in March 2014. Justin denied it, and TMZ says that Justin is suing Danielle and another Twitter user of spreading lies.

Danielle accused Justin of raping her at the Four Seasons Hotel after meeting her at a SXSW show on March 9th. Another Twitter user named Kadi claimed that in 2015, she met Justin after waiting for a picture with him outside of his hotel in NYC. She says she was invited inside his hotel room at around 2:30 am on May 5th by Justin’s bodyguard, where Justin raped her.

At the time, Justin responded only to Danielle’s claims, explaining that he was with his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez the whole time and that he never stayed at the Four Seasons in Austin during SXSW. He claims he stayed at an Airbnb on the 9th, and at the Westin on the 10th. One Twitter user claimed back in 2014 to have seen Justin at the Four Seasons on the 10th, but amended their tweet to specify they saw him at the Four Seasons restaurant.

According to TMZ, his lawsuit is directed at both Danielle and Kadi (they’re listed in the lawsuit as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2). Justin claims he has indisputable evidence that he was not where his accusers said he was at the time of their alleged assaults. Like his previous claim that he didn’t stay at the Four Seasons during his appearance at SXSW. Justin also alleges in his lawsuit that the Jane Doe known as Danielle made up her allegation based solely on the tweet that claimed Justin was seen at the Four Seasons in March 2014. As for the Jane Doe known as Kadi, Justin accuses her of being a fan with stalker tendencies who wait outside hotels for him, and that they have never met personally. He believes she made up her accusation based on evidence that he attended the Met Gala in May 2015.

Justin also claims in his lawsuit that Kadi has allegedly previously tweeted that she would love to meet Justin Bieber many times and that the tweets were tweeted after 2015.

Much like his SXSW story, Justin has an alibi for where he was on the morning of May 5th, when Kadi claims she was assaulted. The 2015 Met Gala took place on May 4th. Justin claims that he attended the Met Gala (which he did, while looking like Liberace’s paperboy). After the Met Gala, he says he went to a private party, where he stayed until 4 am. Justin claims in his lawsuit that he has witnesses who can verify that he was at that private party. At 4 am, he says he went to get a hot dog. Kadi claims that Justin assaulted her at 2:30 am, which would have been impossible if Justin was at a private Met Gala after-party.

Justin believes that the Twitter accounts belonging to Danielle and Kadi might actually be run by the same person, or at the very least, that they have coordinated their allegations. He’s suing for more than $20 million in damages, split equally between Danielle and Kadi. That’s a lot of money. It’s one thing to get sued for allegedly lying, but to be staring down $10 million damages? I don’t know how Danielle is going to get out of this. Kadi, she’s got an air-tight defense. Her Twitter handle is @ItsNotKadi. That’s all she has to do when she goes to court. Hey, it’s not her! It says right in her Twitter name. Case closed!
