Open Post: Hosted By Britney Spears Wishing Her LGBTQ+ Fans A Happy Pride

Two Britney Spears Open Posts in a row? We’re so Lucky! Thank you, Brit Brit, for generously gifting us with the perfect pandemic-era Instagram account. It’s sexy, sad, hilarious, scary, confusing, thought-provoking, political, and pretty much all the adjectives. But unlike her Queen of Pop foremother/father, Madonna, whose social media antics give me cringe emoji face, the Princess of Pop’s Instagram makes me do kitty cat with heart eyes ft. “awww, God bless her!”

Yesterday Britney Hit Us Baby One More Time with another iconic post. She wished all her fans “at the LGBTQ community” (she totally thinks it’s a building) a Happy Pride Month while wearing a conservative black dress against a blah beige wall (um, this would have been the time to do tits out in front of the famous red background). Her speech was perfect, until she was rudely interrupted by her 26-year-old hot piece, boyfriend Sam Asghari.

Here’s the post:

Here’s what goes down:

Britney: To all my friends at the LGBTQ community, happy Pride Month! You guys bring so much heart, passion, and articulate everything you do. Because of you, I’ve had the best nights of my life. I love you so much it hurts

Sam: (off camera) GO LGBTQ!

Britney: Baby, be quiet! (throws hands up, as if to say: “do you see what I have to deal with every day?!”)

Sam hollering “GO LGBTQ!” like a frat boy playing beer pong at a kegger tells us all we need to know: he is Britney’s perfect match. The video itself is super sweet, although I’m confused as to how the LGBTQ+ community “articulate(s) everything they do.” Did Britney mean “gesticulate”? I mean,Β they are a physically dramatic people.

But the message still stands. Happy Pride Month from Our Lady of Cheetos! Followed by so many rainbow and multi-colored heart emojis.
