“Eternal Optimist” Lori Loughlin Thinks She Can Make A Career Comeback

Us Weekly says that Lori Loughlin may have pleaded guilty but she isn’t giving up! At least on her career. Sources have told them that Lori is still hoping to one day make it back to the bright lights of Hollywood and get back into acting. I think a good place to start would be her “acting” like she had remorse.

Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli finally pleaded guilty for their involvement in the College Admissions Scandal. They used $500,000 to pay Rick Singer to help get their daughters into USC. Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose were designated as rowing recruits despite their total and complete lack of actual rowing abilities. Lori took a plea of two months in prison, while Mossimo agreed to five. If a judge signs off on the plea deal, Lori will also have to pay a $150,000 fine, do two years of supervised release, and 100 hours of community service. Mossimo must pay $250,000, serve two years of supervised release, and complete 250 hours of community service. But after all that is out of the way, Lori is ready for her comeback!

Lori starred on the Hallamark Channel’s When Calls The Heart, but they dropped her ass after the scandal. So I don’t think she’ll go back to that show. And Fuller House on Netflix wrote her out of its final season; John Stamos‘ character, Uncle Jesse, explained that Lori’s Aunt Becky was “in Nebraska helping out her mother.” Yes, they shipped her off to Nebraska.

Well despite all that, a source told Us that Lori “would love to return to TV.” Apparently she’s an “eternal optimist” and “eventually, [wants to] tell her side of the story.” We know the story, She was “fixated” on USC and she’s rich, so here we are. But still, she’s gotta give her People Magazine Comeback Tour a shot, I guess.

Let’s be real, if Lori was an actual “eternal optimist” she would have believed her daughters could get into school using just their grades. Sorry to Lori Loughlin, but I think it goes without saying that we as a society have collectively agreed Felicity Huffman gets the comeback before she does. But hey, Lori could always start smaller and make her comeback as Olivia Jade’s co-host on Olivia’s YouTube channel:
