Tristan Thompson Is Suing The Woman Who Claims He Fathered Her Child

Khloe Kardashian better put in a little extra cardio this week. Because she can’t count on breaking a sweat by running away from this latest paternity drama starring her ex Tristan Thompson. According to Page Six, Tristan has decided to face the allegations head-on by calling up suing Kimberly Alexander, the woman who recently accused him of fathering her son.

Not long after Khloe hopped on Twitter to shush everyone who was wondering if Tristan had gotten her pregnant again, Kimberly claimed that Tristan was responsible for putting a baby in her around six years ago. Tristan has a 2-year-old daughter True, with Khloe, and a 3-year-old son Prince, with his former girlfriend Jordan Craig. Tristan took a paternity test back in January to see if he is the father of Kimberly’s 4 or 5-year-old son, and it came back negative. But Kimberly was suspicious of the test results, because it was conducted by LB Genetics, a lab that the Kardashians are publicly connected to. Kimberly thinks the test results might have been fixed to favor whatever outcome would suit Tristan and Khloe’s current narrative best.

Tristan and Khloe shot back with a cease and desist letter, telling Kimberly to shut up. But Kimberly didn’t, and now she’s getting sued for libel. Tristan’s lawsuit accuses Kimberly of “fabricating a false claim” that he fathered her nearly 5-year-old son, and that she’s got questionable motivations for doing so.

In the libel suit, obtained by Page Six, Thompson claims Alexander “is a wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her fifteen minutes of fame.”

Tristan’s lawyer, Marty Singer, says that the suit was filed, due to Kimberly’s insistence that Tristan is the daddy, even though DNA test results allegedly prove otherwise. But also, because Kimberly is accusing him of beaing a deadbeat dad. Marty even managed to crack a “Billie Jean” joke in Tristan’s lawsuit filing:

“Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child’s father and she has maliciously accused Thompson of being a deadbeat dad, ‘neglecting’ and failing to take financial responsibility for the child since birth. Such statements are absolutely false and are defamatory per se. To quote Michael Jackson, ‘the kid is not [his] son.'”

Marty and Tristan also accused Kimberly of some shady rental shenanigans, like that she’s been evicted at least five times in seven years. Kimberly has responded to claims that she’s only in this for the money and the fame by saying she’s okay financially and she just wants her son’s alleged dad to be a dad.

She also responded to the allegation that she’s a landlord’s nightmare.

Kimberly hasn’t really responded to this lawsuit, and we’ll have to see how it plays out. It could end with Tristan taking yet another paternity test to shut Kimberly up once and for all. Or there’s a chance Kimberly will suddenly decide not to pursue that second test. But I could honestly see Kimberly getting hit with a second more serious lawsuit. Tristan paints Kimberly as a desperate, shameless attention whore with a porno past who wants to be famous on social media. Forget about libel, that sounds like blatant copyright infringement! Kris Jenner definitely has her lawyers on the phone as we speak.
