Aaron Carter Says His Girlfriend Melanie Martin Is Pregnant
During a messy Instagram Live last night, Aaron Carter held up what appeared to be a positive pregnancy test, which would more than imply that his girlfriend Melanie Martin is pregnant. Aaron then went to People magazine and confirmed that Melanie is really pregnant with his kid.

This isn’t the first time Aaron did something that made everyone at CPS brace themselves for a very busy decade. Back in 2018, Aaron claimed he and his then-girlfriend Lina Valentina were expecting a baby. That pregnancy announcement turned out to be nothing more than a stunt (much to the relief of everyone, I’m sure). Later Aaron took out a restraining order against Lina.
But Aaron told People that this pregnancy isn’t a stunt.
“Obviously I have a baby on the way. I’m going to be a busy father for sure. This is the official announcement, we’re pregnant. This is what we both want. We both were trying for it. I’m just focused on the future and being a dad. I want to be a good dad. I’m focused, my music career has been doing really well, and touring, having my clothing line out, all that stuff I have going for me that isn’t necessarily just music. Family is most important to me.”
Well, the family he’s still legally allowed to see, is what I’m sure he meant to say.
And about Aaron’s claim that he’s focusing on being a good dad. Errr, Aaron better focus hard, because he hasn’t exactly been the best boyfriend/partner/pet owner/human in the past few years. 32-year-old Aaron and 28-year-old Melanie, who have been together since January, got into a messy domestic situation just last month. According to TMZ, right before Melanie and Aaron got into it (and before she was subsequently arrested for felony domestic violence), she allegedly broke the news to him that she was pregnant. TMZ says that Aaron called her a liar, and swore he was done with her.
That’s just the most recent of Aaron’s troubles. There are the guns, the wellness checks, the poor pet ownership, the drug tests, oh, and the alleged two (TWO) secret children that Aaron never sees or acknowledges. But that’s all in the past. Present-day Aaron Carter is about to be a father, and he’s already bragging about his “dad bod.”
Aaron should probably start baby-proofing his home right now. Starting with those open bottles of mouthwash on his bathroom counter, and that random plastic bag on the floor. Although, the biggest risk to that baby’s wellbeing is standing in front of the bathroom mirror.
