Gwen Stefani Is Worried That Gavin Rossdale Is Letting The Kids’ Schooling Slip When They’re With Him

For most of us, being in Qoronatine(™) is difficult enough as it is. And I imagine it’s even harder for parents and kids, and harder still for families who have shared custody arrangements in place. We already know that it’s been a challenge for Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale because Gavin complained about not getting as much time with their sons Kingston (13, presumably renamed Cody with a “K”), Zuma (11, now also answers to Zane), and Apollo (6, goes by Austin now) since they’re having to travel between future stepdad Blake Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma, and his home in L.A. Sounds awful and unmanageable for everyone involved, yet Gavin made things worse by publicly complaining about the kids possibly bringing country cooties into his house. Now, a source is telling Us Weekly that Gwen thinks Gavin is letting the kids’ schooling slip while they’re with him.

Isn’t it bad enough that these poor kids already have to change their name every week to accommodate their parents’ needs? I don’t have kids myself, but maybe it’s ok to let things slide a little during this unprecedented situation if for no other reason than so Kingston/Kody doesn’t have to see a Google Alert telling him his dad made him wash his hands too long and miss an algebra quiz? According to Us:

Not on the same page? Gwen Stefani has faced difficulties homeschooling the three sons she shares with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale.

“Gwen is having a bit of a stressful time getting the boys’ consistency when they are with their dad,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “The boys are used to having very structured days, but the coronavirus has made that impossible.”

The “Don’t Speak” singer, 50, is “worried when Gavin has the boys that they aren’t focusing on school as much as they should be,” the insider says, also noting how the remodel on her the home she shares with boyfriend Blake Shelton “is almost at a standstill” during this time.

Screw the kids, Gwen and Blake’s remodel has stalled?! Of all the tragedies and injustices this epidemic has wrought, this is by far the most tragic and unjust outcome of them all. Are they all having to share the same eight other bathrooms during this difficult time? Please don’t tell me the kitchen staff are having to make do with the stove in the guest quarters right now. My heart can’t take it. Gwen has never been more relatable. Not even that time she was a chola for a while.

“Everyone is looking forward to the time when this is over,” the source adds.

From your mouth to God’s ear, Gwen.
