Shawn Mendes And Camila Cabello Have Been Walking Around Miami Like Zombies
I get it, people still need fresh air and exercise during this corona quarantine. But some celebrities have proven that they also need attention to live. And since there is absolutely nothing else going on at the moment, getting a sweet, sweet hit of attention is as easy as walking out the front door. If the paparazzi aren’t there, call them on the phone like Ana de Armas allegedly did. If that doesn’t work, do like Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello did yesterday, and get creative. According to The Daily Mail, the professional stunters, who have been in quarantine together for the past two weeks at Camilla’s Miami home, have been pulling out all the stops for their frequent PDA packed pap strolls. They’ve even busted out the props and walked around with coffee mugs a couple of times. I guess that got old, so they tried a new tactic— walking meditation.
Meditation is, of course, well known to help with anxiety. But last time I checked it doesn’t do shit to cure racism or thirst. ONTD reports that Shawn and Camilla recently hosted a talk about guided meditation for Instagram Live, with meditation expert Jeff Warren. So that’s probably where they got the idea. Camila also name-checked a meditation app in a recent IG post, so at least it makes financial sense. Shawn and Camila’s walking meditation involves them very slowly ambling down the street, hand in hand, with their eyes squeezed shut while the paparazzi snap away.

You see, the slower they walk, the better. Sure it means less time for fulfilling section 2.b of their contract which stipulates that for each outing “a minimum of one (1) neck nuzzle initiated by either party followed by no fewer than two (2) kisses (open or semi open mouthed) administered in two minute intervals and initiated by Mr. Mendez,” is required. But maybe the overall coverage supersedes this requirement. According to DM:

The couple, dubbed Shawmila, stopped during their stroll to show some PDA with a passionate kiss.
While walking the pair stopped and wrapped up in a kiss, with Camila wrapped her arms around Shawn’s neck and he pulled her in around her waist.
They smiled and seemed to be having fun as they pulled apart and continued on their stroll.
I make myself go out every day too because I have a dog who will seriously fuck my shit up if I don’t. But you better believe we keep it moving. There’s nothing cute, fun, or sexy about it! It’s a terrifying gauntlet up in these streets! Then again, unlike these two, my only compensation is not having my good bras chewed up by an adolescent dog.
