David Harbour And Lily Allen Might Be Married
Super random Transatlantic couple, Lily Allen and Stranger Things bear daddy, David Harbour, may or may not be married. They made their society debut last summer (read: necked at a boxing match), and a couple months later, Lily pap-flashed a possible engagement ring.
Then on Wednesday, the plot thickened. Lily, 34, and David, 44, did this really “cute” thing where they pretended to be Instagram Live-ing thousands of miles apart. Then Lily busted into David’s room, and was like, “You just got X-ed!”, revealing they’d been in the same house the whole time. Awww, hijinks that are slightly less eyeroll-worthy than celebrities trying to bring the world together with bad singing.

David, who plays Jim Hopper in the popular Netflix series Stranger Things, admitted it was a ‘really bad situation’ for his mental health ‘to be quarantined alone’ in New York and so he decided to travel to be with his girlfriend.
I meeean, I don’t know if Hopper-ing (heh) on a plane to London is great for COVID, but okay.
The two read out comments from fans and playfully chatted about their work, with David poking fun at Lily’s popstar status while calling her his ‘wife’.
After Lily suggested that her album No Shame had sold just 5000 copies, David laughed, and she explained: ‘I’m serious. That’s how bad things are these days. You think you married a popstar? You didn’t.’Realising what she said, she hastily added: ‘Not that we’re married. We’re not married, I just want to make sure you know.’ David then exclaimed: ‘But she is my wife.’
And Lily who has been dating David since September and has recently been sporting a diamond ring on her engagement finger conceded: ‘Yes we do pretend.’

So they’re probably married? Or not?
Before getting together, David had broken up with actress Alison Sudol, and Lily was with Meridian Dan for three years. Prior to that, she was married to Sam Cooper. Lily and Sam have two daughters together. In her memoirs, she admitted to cheating on Sam in 2014 with female escorts. It was a messy time for ol’ Lil’. Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow apparently tried to stage an intervention (DEAR GOD, can you imagine the sanctimony?!), and Zoë Kravitz accused her of assault.
Whether they’re married or not, I’d like to formally congratulate Lily on getting to climb that thick 6’3″ sex tree every single night. Well. Done. Lily.
