Heidi Klum Is Self-Isolating While Awaiting The Results Of A Coronavirus Test

March 15, 2020 / Posted by:

The undisputed queen of Halloween, Heidi Klum has had a rough few days. Apparently, she started to feel icky last week and had nobody to take to care of her (her husband, former anime character-turned-beefy-babe Tom Kaulitz has been on tour with his band, Tokio Hotel). She even had to call in sick to America’s Got Talent (a show that is definitely still hip and fresh).

With her options running out, Heid had to do something! So she jumped on Instagram and posted a couple of worrying stories about her condition. She suspected she might have the Coronavirus and was desperate to get her hands on a test kit, but to no avail.

Well, Heidi has finally been tested and decided to share the news (not the results). With Tom now finally returned and exhibiting similar symptoms as his wife, the two are taking precautionary measures to stay isolated while waiting for a diagnosis. And she chronicled the pain and difficulty of not being able to jump her husband’s bones in the caption.

Like many of you, I also have been sick all week and, unfortunately, my husband who returned from his tour a couple of days ago is also feeling ill. To be safe, we are staying apart until we get the results of our Coronavirus tests (that we were finally able to get today) back. We don’t want to spread germs and risk others getting sicker… even each other! As much as I want to embrace him and kiss him, it is more important to do the right thing and not spread further. ❤️ These are strange times… but in these moments, you remember what’s really important- the people you love and keeping them safe. Social distancing is what we all need to do right now to be responsible citizens of the world. We are all in this together and it is up to us to protect our loved ones, and our neighbors and our communities. Please listen to the officials and stay at home if you can and physically distance yourself from other people… especially if you are not feeling well. I see all the beautiful things people are doing for each other all over the globe and that gives me hope! Sending all of you love and positivity and healing vibes… together we can get through this but we need to be proactive so that we can all have a bright and healthy future. 🥰😷✌🏻🧼❤️ #socialdistancing #washyourhands #stayput #bekindtoeachother

In case you aren’t taking this seriously enough, Heidi’s put on a black and white filter to really hammer it home. In all seriousness, it is actually TERRIFYING that we are living like this right now. Take some of Heidi’s advice and exercise those hashtags. As for me, I’m going to re-enact this scene later today with my cat from the opposite sides of my glassed-in shower (fully clothed, you pigs!)
