Prosecutors In New York Have Hit R. Kelly With New Federal Charges
I like to picture Robert Sylvester Kelly lying on his lumpy jail cot, eyes squeezed shut and with all his toenails now infected and throbbing, while his lawyer sits just outside his cell with soup spilled on his cheap polyester tie, reading him the news of the day. I like to imagine his thoughts when his lawyer told him the news that Harvey Weinstein, despite having the best legal team money can buy, was convicted and sentenced to 23-years in prison for rape. That had to sting a little. Well, now I’m imagining Robert receiving the news that he’s just been hit with new federal charges in New York involving two new alleged victims, one of whom was a minor. Both alleged victims claim Robert gave them herpes. Does Robert just tune him out, or is each word a tiny dagger to his shriveled, blackened heart? Who knows!
According to TMZ:
According to legal docs — obtained by TMZ — Kelly’s been hit with a new indictment related to 2 new alleged victims, one of whom was under 18 when she says she had sex with Kelly in 2015. The indictment, out of the Eastern District of NY, includes charges of coercion and enticement, coercion of a minor and transportation of a minor across state lines.
The woman who was a minor is listed as Jane Doe #5, and she claims Kelly never told her he had herpes during their relationship. Jane Doe #6 says she too was exposed to the virus because they had unprotected sex.
In addition, Kelly’s also been hit with new racketeering charges including allegations he used, “force, threats of force, physical restraint and threats of physical restraint.”
The new federal charges bring the total to 9 in New York and 13 in Illinois. He also has pending cases in Illinois state and Minnesota.
Here’s one of Robert’s lawyers response to the new charges.
Having now had the opportunity to review the latest superseding indictment against @rkelly, we do not believe it fundamentally changes anything.

Steve may be playing it cool, but Robert’s other lawyer, Doug Anton, smells CONSPIRACY! (calm down Doug, that’s probably just Robert’s rancid toe you’re smelling)
“These are serious criminal allegations. How does an alleged victim ‘forget’ such things? Or… perhaps… these allege victims are not victims at all, but only women who have been told and instructed, even peer pressured if you will, years later, that the claimed relationship they freely and voluntarily engaged in, should now, in the #metoo era, be classified as ‘bad’ or ‘abusive,’ and they are continually seeking to add facts, even if not truthful, to their story, to make the alleged events as salacious as humanly possible.”
Revealing that Robert freely passed on the herpaderp to others is hardly the most salacious detail to come out of Camp Robert. Robert’s entire existence is a salacious detail.
