The Queen And Prince Harry Had A Heart-To-Heart
The clock is ticking for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to drop their royal duties to become movie stars and high-paid public speakers. But before they leave senior royal life, The Queen reportedly had a long-ass chit chat with Harry while he was in London for the Invictus Games. They reportedly made amends, but, nah, those freeloaders still can’t use “royal” for their branding.
The Sun says Harry and Liz had a four-hour (!) heart-to-heart where they want us to believe she held Harry close to her bosom and whispered, “I’ll never love you as much as the corgis, but you’re still better than Charles and Camilla.” Actually, a snitch said the queen basically told Harry he’ll always have a home in one of a gazillion palaces across England if he wants:
“It’s fair to say she is very upset about him and Meghan leaving and she would love to see more of Archie, as would Prince Charles and the rest of the family. But she accepts at the moment that his mind is made up and he intends to live in North America. However she also wanted to make it clear that the arrangement can only work if they do not exploit their royal status and try to ‘cash in’ — that’s why she wouldn’t let them use the word ‘royal’ for their foundation.”
Meghan is on her way to London for their final duties as a royal couple, but sources say that The Queen will miss Archie who will stay in Canada.
The sources also say that Liz let Harry know that they need to work out the security situation since it’s been reported that 90% of the UK public doesn’t think they should get taxpayer security while living across the pond and Canada is not going to pay for their security once they leave the professional royal life. The Queen also supposedly let Harry know that they can come back anytime.
“The Queen is protecting the institution and she is also aware of the cost of security. That is something that still needs to be resolved. But Harry is also a much-loved grandson who she has always doted on. She made it very clear to him that he and Meghan are always able to come back if they change their minds and she will welcome them with open arms.”
