Harvey Weinstein Went To Bellevue With “Chest Pains” As Bill Cosby Sent Him Love And Support

February 25, 2020 / Posted by:

Harvey Weinstein‘s trial in New York ended yesterday with the jury convicting him of two of the five sex crime charges. They found him guilty of the third-degree rape of Jessica Mann and a first-degree criminal sexual act against Mimi Haley. But the jury found him not guilty of two predatory charges and the first-degree rape of Jessica.

Harvey, who still faces charges in Los Angeles, didn’t actually even make it to lock-up after his conviction and was instead taken to the hospital after complaining of chest pains. Since that walker bit didn’t get him off the hook in the name of sympathy, Harvey’s gotta step it up for sentencing so bring on the heart attack woes.

Harvey faces anywhere from 5 to 29 years in prison for his conviction. Harvey is 67, so 29 years in prison could be it for him. And it looks like his alleged heart is trying to take him out sooner. Harvey didn’t make it to Rikers Island (Law & Order noise), where he will stay until sentencing on March 11.  Variety says Harvey is at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan because he complained about chest pains after his fate was sealed. Bellevue is a psychiatric facility, but is also used as the go-to hospital for jail inmates. When he was ordered to prison to await sentencing, his attorney Donna Rotunno, mentioned his health issues:

Urged the judge to allow him to remain free, saying that he recently had unsuccessful back surgery and requires shots in order to keep from going blind. Weinstein appeared in court most days with a walker, which his attorneys said was a result of his lingering back issues.

During a TV interview on Fox News with Martha MacCallum on Monday evening, Rotunno was asked by the anchor if Weinstein would be getting medical care at whichever prison facility he ends up in, since he was remanded. Rotunno said her client will be receiving medical care, and she mentioned that he was having heart palpitations on Monday, though she did not reveal that he was admitted to the hospital with chest pains.

Well, don’t worry, remorseless Bill Cosby‘s got your back, bro! Page Six says that Bill Cosby’s spokesperson put out a statement for him. I smell a fellow-convicted sexual predator bromance! Bill is currently serving three 10 years sentences for drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. Since convicted rapists gotta stick together, Bill has some opinions on Harvey also being found guilty thanks to “testimonial evidence”.

Official Statement From Andrew Wyatt Regarding The Verdict Of Harvey Weinstein: This is not shocking because these jurors were not sequestered, which gave them access to media coverage and the sentiments of public opinion. There’s no way you would have anyone believe that Mr. Weinstein was going to receive a fair and impartial trial. Also, this judge showed that he wanted a conviction by sending the jurors back to deliberate, after they were hung on many of the counts. Here’s the question that should haunt all Americans, especially wealthy and famous men…Where do we go in this country to find fairness and impartiality in the judicial system; and where do we go in this country to find Due Process? Lastly, if the #metoo movement isn’t just about Becky [White women], I would challenge #metoo and ask them to go back 400+ years and tarnish the names of those oppressors that raped slaves. This is a very sad day in the American Judicial System. #FreeBillCosby #FarFromFinished #DueProcess #JusticeReform

Bill really asked the wealthy and famous men in the world to come together and stop the #MeToo movement–which was started by a black woman, but is racist. Only Bill Cosby would think to use Harvey Weinstein as a jumping off point to bring up himself. Harvey should expect R. Kelly‘s stamp of support next. It’ll just take a bit longer since he can’t read.
