Donald Trump Called Brad Pitt Names And Complained About “Parasite” Winning Best Picture At The Oscars

Depending on who you ask, Donald Trump’s favorite movie is either Citizen Kane or Bloodsport starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. But at a recent rally, Donald shouted out two more classic films, Gone With The Wind and Sunset Boulevard, as examples of the kind of movies that should be winning Academy Awards instead of foreign filth like Parasite. According to CNN, at a campaign rally in Colorado yesterday, Donald showed his ass yet again by reminding us he’s completely infatuated with Hollywood. He’s also racist, and while his actual talents are few and far between, I have to hand it to him for his ability to combine the two so seamlessly. Donald also took a shot at Brad Pitt calling him a “little wise guy” over his Oscars acceptance speech, disrespecting both Joe Pesci and Yoda in the process.

CNN reports:

“How bad were the Academy Awards this year, did you see? ‘And the winner is … a movie from South Korea,’ ” Trump said, impersonating an announcer, at a rally in Colorado.

“What the hell was that all about? We’ve got enough problems with South Korea with trade, on top of it they give them the best movie of the year?” he asked.

“I’m looking for like, let’s get ‘Gone with the Wind’ — can we get like ‘Gone with the Wind’ back, please? ‘Sunset Boulevard,’ so many great movies,” he continued.

Here’s the response from Neon, the company that distributed Parasite in the US.

Donald using GWTW as an example of a MAGA approved movie should be no surprise. We should be thankful he showed a little restraint for not giving a 5-star review to Birth of A Nation as well. But Sunset Boulevard is actually a great movie containing zero references to the KKK. And according to Tim O’Brien, Donald’s actually seen it. Apparently, Donald’s a real film buff and when he’s not making Eric Trump fast-forward the talking parts in Bloodsport to get to the nut punch scene (I kid you not), he’s watching a lot of movies and practicing his Clint Eastwood faces in a mirror. So of course he watches the Oscars. Here’s what he said about Brad.

Trump also wasn’t a fan of Brad Pitt, whose speech, when he received the award for best supporting actor, veered into politics when he mentioned John Bolton’s absence from the President’s Senate impeachment trial.

“I was never a big fan of his,” Trump said. “He got up, said a little wise-guy statement. Little wise guy, he’s a little wise guy.”

It’s painfully obvious how obsessed Donald is with celebrity. It’s literally the only reason he’s president. But the only person more famous than The President Of The United States is Brad Pitt. Seriously, go to Laos, Burkina Faso or Papua New Guinea and ask somebody to name a celebrity and 9/10 they’re gonna say Brad Pitt. I’m sure this fact keeps Donald up at night, pinging around in that (allegedly) Adderall riddled Swiss cheese brain of his. Here’s pre-presidency Donald giving his review of his second favorite movie after Bloodsport, Citizen Kane.

Stable. Genius.
