Rose McGowan Tweeted About Iran And Her Political Affiliations, And It’s Confusing

January 5, 2020 / Posted by:

Rose McGowan, #MeToo pioneer and the most polarizing cast member of the original Charmed who isn’t Shannen Doherty, tweeted an apology to Iran after a U.S. drone strike killed top Iranian military official Qasem Soleimani. People took offense at Rose going against America. She responded by saying she’s a Trump-hating Republican who can’t vote Democrat and won’t vote Republican so she’s apologizing to Iran. Girl, what?

Here’s Rose’s original tweet (via ONTD):

And after she got shit for that, she said that Soleimani is a murderous asshole but explained the only way to stave off our next war in the Middle East was for Rose McGowan herself to personally apologize to the country of Iran. Um…

But she’s really not on anyone’s side. Except for maybe Rose McGowan’s.

And then she revealed herself to be as puzzled by our political options when it comes to leadership as most Americans are but it doesn’t matter because we’re all going to die anyway.

After some more confusion via Twitter, Rose seemed to have gathered herself and took the path of least resistance by saying that she doesn’t want any more American soldiers to die overseas which yes, thank you, Rose.

Now, have some chamomile and use that breathing app on your Apple Watch and just chill for a minute cuz’ you got everybody stirred up much more than they had to be and you were so good in Scream so just focus on that for awhile, Rose.
