Justin Timberlake Is Still In Trouble With Jessica Biel

Justin Timberlake has really gone the extra mile to repent after getting caught holding hands with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright (and without his wedding ring on) last month in New Orleans. For example, Justin Instagrammed a public apology to his amazing wife Jessica Biel, an apology which may or may not have been her idea in the first place, but I digress. He got a little flirty with her on Instagram. Basically, Justin’s been moderately active on Instagram. And can you believe that it’s allegedly not enough to make his wife forget this hand-holding scandal ever happened?

We already heard that Jessica isn’t going to let Justin’s hand-holding wreck their marriage, and that they’re working through their issues. If Justin thought a couple apologies and an invitation to the Palmer set was enough to successfully dump this extramarital messiness in the past alongside his ramen hair and his twing-twangy country boy Man of the Woods persona, he was dead wrong. A source tells Us Weekly:

“Justin and Jessica are focused on mending any issues in their relationship right now, but Jessica is still in a place where she’s very hurt and upset with Justin. She hasn’t fully forgiven him and isn’t letting him off easy.”

Justin can’t dream of escaping the awkwardness with a still-very-mad Jessica by jetting back to the Palmer set in New Orleans. E! News says that Palmer has wrapped, and Justin is back home in Los Angeles.

Us Weekly’s source adds that both Jessica and Justin know there’s “work required” to get back to a “good place” as a couple. That’s funny. Much like the TV show of the same name, it’s not too much of a stretch to assume Justin is not in the good place at home. He’s in the bad place. Except there’s no handsome Ted Danson and all you can eat frozen yogurt. There’s a couch and the scratchiest blanket from the linen closet, and one of the former stars of 7th Heaven hissing, “You’re good with your hands – use them to make your own coffee.
