The Police Were Called To Aaron Carter’s House Last Night

I wish I could say that the police were called to Aaron Carter’s house for a funny reason. Like that Aaron misread the date on the calendar, crawled up on his roof in an attempt to steal one of Santa’s reindeer and flip it on Craigslist, and got stuck up there. But TMZ reports that law enforcement received a call last night reporting a possible overdose at Aaron’s house.

Aaron was doing a live stream with his fans when he took a nap. One of his fans viewing the live stream got worried that Aaron had passed out, so they called police and asked for a check up on him. Police showed up to Aaron’s house in California around 8pm. They made their way to his bedroom, where he reportedly didn’t answer the door. Police opened it up, and found Aaron unresponsive, but not in a, “Quick, call an ambulance” way. Police sources tell TMZ that they determined Aaron was just taking a nap, and they left his house.

Because Aaron was live at the time, his police check-in was captured in real time for all his fans watching at home. You can’t see Aaron, but you can hear someone ask Aaron if he’s okay or if something is wrong, to which he replies: “I’m sleeping…I’m listening to music.” The other voices are the officers who responded to the call.

Aaron also gave his side of the story to TMZ, saying that police broke down his front door when they came to check on him, and that he would like the police to fix his door. He adds that police asked him if he was suicidal, had threatened to harm himself, or if he had taken any pills. Aaron says that nothing of the sort happened. He also hopped back on his live stream to clear the air, and slap at the media for reporting on his live streamed nap.

Aaron also live streamed the moment when a neighbor came to check on him and take a look at the damage the police did when they broke down the door. The neighbor kindly offered to help fix it. Some of Aaron’s family most likely found out about his welfare check on social media like the rest of us, as several have active restraining orders against Aaron at the moment.

Aaron should probably lay off the video appearance for a while. Because this isn’t even the worst video of him from December. Earlier this month, Aaron thought it would be funny to film this:

The only videos Aaron should be posting are ones where he’s taking a nap. He’s a lot more pleasant when he’s not talking.
