Rose McGowan Says That Someone Is Threatening To Release A Sex Tape Of Her
Rose McGowan should be spending her time stretching and learning some new moves in preparation to do The Hully Gully (yes, I said The Hully Gully) to Kool & The Gang’s Celebration next year if Harvey Weinstein overtakes a cell toilet clogged with Honey Buns-infused hard shits as the nastiest thing in a prison by being found guilty of being predatory trash. But instead of doing that, Rose is dealing with some betrayal². Rose says that someone is threatening to release a sex tape co-starring her, and she is also erasing and sage-ing her life of her ex-partner for allegedly conning her.
Rose McGowan was part of the sequel to The Fappening a couple of years ago when clips of a sex tape and nude pictures of her were hacked and put onto the internet without her permission. Rose is dealing with sex tape drama again. She tweeted about how someone who used to be in her life is peddling private shit about her including that tape and info about her drug use. I can only imagine how big the wads of cash that tabloid editors are throwing at this alleged betrayer for the ESCANDALOSO info that Rose McGowan does drugs. Rose said that if you see another sex tape starring her, it didn’t come from her:

If I was Rose, I’d only shoot my sex tapes on BETA from now on. First of all, you can’t hack a BETA tape. Second of all, nobody has a BETA player besides memaws and pepaws. And those memaws and pepaws have put their BETA player on a stack of other old electronics and photo albums and are using it as a side table to hold Metamucil and soda as they binge watch Forensic Files. And they are not about to mess up their side table to watch some smut! So always record on BETA.
As for the ex, Rose McGowan used to date Rain Dove, who isn’t only my favorite body wash, but is also an activist and gender-nonconforming model. Rose and Rain were dating when the news came out that Rose’s partner in taking down Harvey Weinstein, Asia Argento, and Asia’s boyfriend at the time Anthony Bourdain gave money to actor Jimmy Bennett in exchange for a pic of Jimmy and Asia in bed together when he was barely 17 and she was 37. Asia denied ever having anything but a friendship with Jimmy, but then texts came out between Asia and a “friend” where she admitted the illegal grossness of it all, but blamed Jimmy, texting that “the horny kid jumped me.”
We quickly learned that the “friend” Asia was texting with was Rain Dove. Rain claimed that they took the texts to police, and the texts made it onto TMZ afterward. Rain denied they leaked the texts to TMZ. It seemed like Rain was insinuating that someone within the police department leaked the texts to TMZ. But Rain came clean in an hour long YouTube video that they posted a few days ago. Rain admitted to selling the texts to TMZ for $10,000, and that industry friends told them to do it but warned that they might need to get a lawyer. Rain claimed they paid 20% of the money to a publicist who helped keep their identity private, and gave 10% to a close friend to hold onto before putting the rest in the bank. Rain said in the video that they later used the money to pay rent and gave the rest to RAINN, which doesn’t stand for “Rain’s NewCarFund.” RAINN is an anti-sexual assault organization.
In the video, Rain also admitted to lying about graduating from UC Berkeley and being a firefighter. Why do I have a feeling that if I looked at Rain’s 23andMe results, I’d see that they’re directly related to a Brian Williams. Rain also said this about Rose McGowan, via Page Six:
“I really loved Rose, and there were times in which I was insecure about whether or not she loved me back … I accepted that our relationship was probably just for her benefit. It happened during a time in which she was being called out for being transphobic.”

Rose, of course, went off on Rain Dove, calling Rain “she“, and said that she was just one of Rain’s marks, and that NBC uncovered Rain’s lies. Rose might be talking about this article from NBC News.
Rain might also be the someone who Rose is accusing of trying to sell a sex tape of her. I don’t know, but Rose does want Rain out of her life, including her Wikipedia page:

Rose’s wish was quickly granted and Rain Dove is currently nowhere on her Wikipedia page.
This whole story is a fucking shit mess of a disaster. But what really stands out to me is how quickly Rose’s Wikipedia entry was changed after her tweet, even though it is a fact that she dated Rain Dove. Now, I don’t mean to make this about me (“This bitch is totally going to make this about him.” – you), but I’m going to make this about me. Dlisted’s Wikipedia page currently says that I’m a 43-year-old (LIES!) New Yorker (LIES!), and it used to say that I’m Mexican, Chinese, English, and Danish (LIES!). I’m three years away from being 43. I call every brand of soda pop “Coke,” which means that I’m a born and bred Californian. And, although I may have had a Mexican person, a Chinese person, an English person, and a Danish person in me (sometimes at once, Google “double DP“), I am Spanish and Japanese.
And since I love Wikipedia and donate every year, I’ve tried to correct those blatant wrongs, but every time I do, the only thing I get is another form email from its co-founder Jimmy Wales hitting me up for more money. But yet Rose asks for a fact to be removed from her page and it happens. I see how it is, Jimmy Wales! I see how it is.
